Yep, many technically aren't memes. But the definition is complex. Meanwhile, really obscure trivia question. The RPG armor joke above picture, I remember as from a Wonder Woman tv movie. It's an Amazon escaped from Paradise Island and in the big city looking for her cousin, Diana. But I can't find it on IMDB. I must be wrong. Can anyone remember the scene and movie? | ||

Context! While you could take it as a condemnation of the use of military against civilian targets in the U.S. in Today's post Obama Transformation, where the Mayor of Portland condemns federal police for fighting revolutionary disruptors trying to murder them and burn federal courts and offices, ( while accusing the reviled Prez for using troops against his useful idiots ) I intended it in contrast to the former leader of the most murderous regime in history, where the statement ( of a fictional good guy ) applies daily. The People ARE the Enemy of The State, in China. The female RPG armor post immediately following the 2 serious political freedom and terrorist regime posts was intended to lighten the mood. I don't want a steady diet of politics. It's inevitable in an election year but give me some puppy memes to break up the depression engine. ...We took an oath to fight all enemies both foreign and domestic. Oh, I certainly agree! And that our ( U.S. ) military is the thin green line against foreign enemies, and a wonderful rescue mission force in times of natural disasters. World wide. ( see the U.S. Navy responded to the great Kanto earthquake in Japan. It's not a new accomplishment or idea ) I didn't intend it as an anti-military post. In fact there are deliberate parallels to U.S. History in Battlestar Galactica. You can count the Generals handed power after a Revolution that insisted on civilian government and rejected absolute power, probably on one hand.
