No; but there's another location not too far from my house. It's strictly Take Out, but the food is pretty good. Tomorrow's supposed to have nice weather. Why don't you ride down to Cheviot and join Matthew and me? We can grab some good food and retire to Chez Crusty and enjoy it. Matthew; roughly what time do you expect to be here? | ||

It was a wonderful day! Both Matthew and R.D. came by and we all went over to Velvet Smoke and got BBQ. We had a chance to sit for a while and shoot the bull and Matthew got to see my house. He hasn't been here before, so he got the 30 second Grand Tour. (That's all it takes; it's a small house) I think he enjoyed the Burnt ends and brisket. I enjoyed seeing him and R.D. and it turned into a very pleasant day for me. And Roy; you're right. We had some great conversation while enjoying good food. You need to make your way back here again, one of these days. I'll always welcome a chance to turn someone else on to Velvet Smoke and to sit at my plastic table and shoot the bull. What a wonderful day! Always a great day at Crusty's. Matthew had some stories and pictures of his latest adventure. I always like the stories he brings. Crusty and I have came upon the stinky sock solution to what is wrong in the world. He is so inspiring. | ||

Got home at 830 last night and found neighbors all gathered around the fire pit. Hung out there until 230am and went to bed. A good time was had by all at Chez Crusty, although I regret that I had to keep it brief. RD, always great seeing you, glad you were able to join us. Thank you for lunch, John. Your hospitality is unsurpassed. I loved seeing the 78 and the new Roadster. I can't wait to see the next step in it's evolution. And now, it's time to walk the dog. |
