Yet, you have won everything by letting go...  I think Zen aphorisms make more sense if you alter consciousness with, for example, a shot of whiskey in your coffee. YMMV. I draw a probably wrong distinction between aphorisms and affirmations. Not sure how wrong that was. I'm not against positive thinking, but golly gee People Like Me makes my mind remember Al Franken on SNL. People on Tracey's side of the family have got Stirbucks gift cards for me for years. There was a stirbucks on board our last cruise and they accepted the cards. I recently combined all the left over cards and now have one with like $80 on it. I don't go there as often as everyone thinks, though I do go. I think the last time I paid for stirbucks was 15 years ago. Kind of funny, I would never go if I had to pay cash. | ||

I see something like that cartoon about folks’ kids working for Ukrainian oil companies and am embarrassed to live in a society where some folks will read that and believe it.
