The difference is, when you stoop to their level and lie about everything...they can say the same about you. THEN where are we as a society? Somebody has to hold onto some semblance of decency. I'm with Kamala! Let's eradicate the biggest and oldest racist organization! Confiscate all the money controlled by the organization, and all the wealth of every member who has over $500k in property and assets. Since, obviously, they MUST have grown wealthy because of the pro slavery actions of that organization. I see no need to imprison the members, just remove their voting privileges until they do community service proving they place their nation's welfare over their organization loyalty. 4 years in the Army or other service, for example, and Starship Trooper style, no choice of assignment, strictly by test results and the needs of the Service. For those who can prove their pacifism, ( never voted to use force, never supported Antifa, etc. ) then 4 years as a minimum wage ( or Army recruit equiv. ) in nursing homes, like in Germany, or other public service will do. ( disease control in California, cleaning streets, for example ) With that organization and it's racist leaders removed from the Public square, there will be a power vacuum. But no need to worry, the 2020 & subsequent elections will be between the Republican & Tea Party factions. To prevent a resurgence in racist politics, the sister organizations, CPUSA, Dept. of Education, anything Socialist, and other cross pollinating groups will receive the same dismantling and confiscation policies. This hatred must be torn from our soil, root & branch! I see no conflict with the rule of law, since all the above racist hate groups are obviously subversive and lawless folk. I'll leave it up to the new Congress in 2020 to decide if remedial education is needed for the disenfranchised outlaw adults, while public school education will return to teaching stem and accurate history & social studies. With an emphasis on shop, & domestic education for both genders. I'll leave it up to local school boards ( newly elected in 2020 ) to determine the funding for sports & arts. I do encourage both. Anyone graduating Public School should be able to balance a checkbook, write, address, and send a letter, resume, and thank you note. Be literate, and able to recite one epic poem from history. Do basic algebra, and be able to understand loan & mortgage documents, payments, and obligations. All thanks to the inspiration of Ms. Harris. Who I'm sure will happily hand over her wealth earned by exploring racism. | ||

On sober reflection simple membership in the American Racist Organization isn't grounds for wealth confiscation. Anyone should be permitted the mistake of a poor choice, and many inherited membership. Only officers, past officers, present and past candidates and office holders are, by their voluntary actions, proven guilty of embracing the Hate. And some kind of appeals process is needed for true Justice. If you can prove you are so naive that you didn't know the organization's purpose, then wealth confiscation can be skipped. However, you would forever be barred from public office, and your social service to win back your voting privileges may be doubled, since, damn, boy, are you too dumb to make life decisions for others! People who fail the appeals process will be used for medical experiments. There's a dearth of volunteers for Ebola vaccine testing, and the person has proven his blatant disregard for truth and humanity. Tomorrow, I'll solve overconfidence. Shouldn't be that hard. | ||
