I'm going to make a case for midevel punishment for a group who can only seem to understand and fear of certain things. This young fella needs to be tried in court....should take fifteen minutes of a one day period, then in the same street where he failed, he should be drawn and quartered. Stretched slowly over a week in public view for the World to see. If he passes out from the pain stop until he can be awakened. Then go some more. Just keep going until there are separate pieces to put in show cases a la Ripley's Museum cases. Put the pieces in the atrium of the major airports at all corners of our country as a warning.
