Well according to the article she doesn't expect it to go anywhere, and is using it only as an example of how "ridiculous" the abortion laws are in Texas. Which begs two questions: 1. why not come out directly against the abortion laws she dislikes so much, and 2. why the HELL are Texans allowing this sort of taxpayer-money waste? Seriously. Want to play games and quote Monty Python...do it at a party, not at the state legislature and on the taxpayers' dime. ...and we wonder why the system is so screwed up.... | ||

And it's in Texas, where last I heard certain sex toys are illegal because of some uptight silly legislators who probably have size issues and are jealous of silicone. That just makes it funnier. Second, she has made no mention of laws other than abortion laws. She hasn't made this a broad spectrum thing. It's a single target. In that, the "parody" is a 100% failure. It is a waste of taxpayer money to do this, as are the stupid sex toy laws. I wonder what the real history of those laws are. Regardless of those other laws, this is about abortion laws. She has stated such. This article stated such. Masturbation has precocious little to do with abortion. It's disingenuous and disrespects the victims of abortions. What would the reaction be if such tactics were used because some idiot thought rape laws were to strict? | ||

A view that sex that does not result in offspring is evil. If the radical uptight sex freaks cannot permit contraception or abortion or consensual recreational sex between adults they show the willful intolerance similar to the obedient Muslims. Worse, and witnessed by me here, fail to agree that minimum standards should be consent, & adult. Condoning child rape by refusing to accept it as a sin is not going to get me to agree with any of your sex hang ups. The UK TV media is controlled by liberal mentality's, afraid of being called out by SJW ers. It's the same tactics, policies, narratives, and strategy in western democracies the world over. Progressivism...globalist socialism...whatever. The very notion that the evils of big multinational corporations and banks and a corrupt self serving government can essentially be fixed by more government is a little absurd. I've yet to see a "social justice" cause that I believe is real.
