Any "Executive Order" is just that, what is just signed with his pen can be struck down with the next President's pen. Thankfully the Republic doesn't allow laws to be enacted by Executive order. | ||

*Actually it is simpler than that. Trump can just pardon any corp. violating this ban. Slightly more difficult is to make the penalty for violating the ban $10 a year. Enforcement actions will be up to his Dept. of Energy. Life is good when you are the President of the United States. | ||

I saw an article the other day that stated Obama is the only ex President in history that will take up residence in Washington after his term is over. He has already broken with protocol and criticized the next President before he has even left office. I guess it is too hard for Obama to remember that Bush has never said or criticized him even when Obama was blaming him for every single thing under the Sun. Yep.... I was mistaken. So the infamously soviet State dept will have a propaganda arm. How much domestic power will they have with zero feedback from American citizens? Barry promises an act of war against Russia based on Hillary campaign lies. That has to end well. Perhaps D.C. will be nuked before Jan. 20th & the planet will have a win. Hasn't Barry started enough illegal wars? Bush is due plenty of criticism for his actual actions. His wars, agree with them or not were approved by Congress ( including Hillary ) and while the follow up was idiotic State dept Screw up.... the causes in Afghanistan ( Taliban the mobster regime supporting Osama ) & Iraq ( Saddam's mobster regime supporting terrorists and stockpiles of poison gas ) were honestly presented. Including by Bill and Hillary when Bill Clinton bombed Iraq. The difference being George ended a criminal regime & Bill just torqued it off.
