Trump's son, Donald Jr, knocked it out of the park tonight. Chris Christie eloquently indicted HClinton. Ben Carson was great. Paul Ryan is smart and gets it. Unity is vital. Donald Trump is the ONLY viable candidate to heal America and restore respect. "Progressives deliver everything but progress." --Paul Ryan. |

I look forward to seeing it. I've been watching re-runs on Cspan. The Democrats have moonbat A-list celebs, criminal moms, and professional victims lined up, I hear. Sounds like quite a party. |

I was ready to write in Donald Jr. He, indeed, hit it out of the park. |

I just had a thought. If Trump gets elected, he won't be nearly as bad as the Trump haters think. |

My dad was right. Anyone can grow up to be the president. This is one of those times I wish my dad had been wrong. I'm still going to vote against Hillary. |

That's kind of where I am at Crusty. The man depresses me, and I am sure he would continue to depress me as president, but at the end of the day I think he would probably have qualified people in important places, at least understand how to run a business, and most importantly be held accountable to the rule of law by the media and the judiciary. Those are three things that have been lacking in the executive branch for too long now. But don't get me wrong, I don't like him and am not really interested in defending him. But I'll probably vote for him... because of the alternative.... I actually don't think Hillary would be a total disaster either, it will be more of the same. I just think she will send a lot of my kids money to the old boys club for no return, stack the supreme court with activist jurists that will erode the constitution, and continue to erode the rule of law for the rich and politically powerful. Probably slowly though, but even slowly is bad. |

I guess...define disaster? Smoking hole in the ground? Probably not. A Progressive Supreme Court? I'd call that a disaster. It already teeters on the edge. |

Agreed. Without a strong and narrowly interpreted constitution, I don't just fear for the US, I fear for the world. I think an economic and military powerhouse that is also a free constitutional republic is a powerful limiting force on social democracies everywhere, in a lot of ways both macro and micro. If we become another social democracy, I think it will end in massive bloodshed, just like WWI and WWII. |

It's being reported that Cruz and possibly, Kasich, are going to run in 2020 regardless if Trump is the President or not. Really?? Apparently, Trump isn't the only narcissistic egomaniac. |

Biden didn't get the dem nomination. It's usually lock for the VP to get it. Running against the sitting president up for another term is not unprecedented. But unless Trump is a complete disaster (depending on your definition ) he'll likely get the nomination again in 2020. |

My respect for Kasich has all but evaporated with his childish behavior. He is host to the RNC but won't even speak in a non-partisan fashion to the delegates?????? |

Fighting Wars with Russia, China, ISIS and North Korea plus building a fence to keep the rats out and there's the Black lives matter thingie. Donald Duck is gong to be a busy little Oompa Loompa if he were to become the Grand Pooh-Bah. He might surprise the rest of the world and mind his own business for a change. Imposing Tariffs on imports will create work for US citizens but Who will you sell weapons to then? |

At this point it's not about Trump as the nominee, at least in my mind. We're past that. It's time to devote 200% toward preventing Hillary from getting anywhere near the White House. Kasich's antics are not helping. (Message edited by snacktoast on July 20, 2016) |

He might surprise the rest of the world and mind his own business for a change. That's what the BLM crowd wants from the Police to mind their own business so they can have "room to destroy - room to commit crimes." I suspect Russia, China, N Korea, etc would love to have a United States that minded it's own business for similar reasons. |

F**k Ted Cruz. Kasich and Cruz are tiny, insignificant men who need to disappear. These jerks fundamentally don't understand teamwork and the absolute necessity to endorse Donald Trump at the RNC. HClinton will irreversibly harm America with Supreme Court justices who do not believe in America. Kasich and Cruz can go to hell for all time. Bush and Romney can go to double hell. Donald Trump needs to create a Conservative Party and we can utterly destroy the Republican Party and the Kasich/Cruz/Bush/Romney traitors and losers. God bless Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich. |

Unhinged much Tom? You sound a little like Trump. Lose the petty hate my friend. It's counter-productive. Cruz made it perfectly clear that Republicans must unite. He told his delegates to not stay home on election day. He all but endorsed explicitly. Trump sure didn't mind; he was nodding in approval and clapping. I don't get the need to continue with the divisiveness. That will help nobody but your secret fantasy girl, Hillary. After the absolutely despicable slime Trump pulled on Cruz and his wife, I'd personally have thought less of Ted if he had explicitly endorsed Trump. Trump owes him an apology. I expect he'll get one in some measure during Donald's speech. The delegates that were chanting and booing epitomize low class. It was sad to see. |

Now I'm trolling the troll. Nazis were(are) our enemies; I say our because the US and AUS are allies. I've served alongside Australian troops both here in the states, and downrange. They've all come across as arrogant to me, but hey, I'm sure us red-blooded Americans come across that way to them. The same for Trump. He comes across arrogant, but I really think his arrogance is built upon American nationalism. I don't agree with him on a lot of things, but I do believe he wants to help make the US a better place. He undeniably wants to make the US a better place than Hilliary does. to quote Reep, Trump will most importantly be held accountable to the rule of law by the media and the judiciary. Hilliary will answer to no laws, she doesn't just think she's above the law - she is above the law. If that doesn't scare you, you're either stupid, or have no grasp of what laws are for. |
