I've used a wire loop to hold my cuff open, it works really well.
Looks to be the same type thing, only with bug-screens, and a clip.

Pretty good idea. Gloves with cuffs might not be compatible.

There temp. range equates to a cool spring day here in Texas. No help when the wind in your face feels like a hair drier on high. Mesh Jacket and Frog Toggs cooling towel is about the only help, lasts about 45 minutes.
