Nor am I going to say that a D candidate talks about shooting through a door because 'historically' the VP runs for President...Biden aint running. Now, all that said, the news that she did NOT have a gov email account is news to me. And I appreciate hearing/learning it. How does someone in her position NOT have a work email?? | ||

The man a heartbeat away from the Presidency of the United States, has actually told people to shoot a shotgun through doors if they are scared. But, no, he was assumed to be running, and announced he was not, so he's not a candidate. Point taken. No argument. First, thank you for being a rational human being unlike some who post here. ( I make no such claims about myself ) Happy to help you learn. If you want a bunch of links to news stories, they are out there, but I'll give you the short form, and separate what Hillary's staff and her have stated, with speculation. 1. Hillary did not want a government server, since such servers are subject to Freedom Of Information Act requests. She said so. She was angry about a Congressman getting stuff from someone else. She had minions set up a private server, and knew doing so was against State Dept. rules. She said the server was authorized. She authorized it. That part of the passion play is hinky, but technically, eh? Speculation is that Hillary didn't want her emails public because she & Bill take massive bribes, and then she used her power to get great deals for the folk that bribed them. The bribery part is obvious, the favors real, but, she's a Clinton, and worked for Obama. It's really hard sometimes to prove bribery & corruption, and Obama would only allow her to be prosecuted if he wanted. So far, it's up in the air. Naturally, ANY politician would tell you that donations to a worthy charity had nothing to do with the good luck and judgment of the charitable givers who soon afterward found themselves much much richer, and it certainly had nothing to do with the actions of the politician.  Also, the tooth fairy is real. Fact, Hillary told Obama to "call off your Fu&^%$ dogs". Speculation was that IF Biden was going to run, Obama was going to sacrifice Hillary, and throw her to the courts. Since Joe announced he's not, that seems not to be the case. Fact. Hillary erased thousands of emails off her private server, which, since it was the record of the Sec State, is a federal crime. She said it was emails of a private nature, like her daughter's wedding, and yoga class. Speculation is that some few of them might not be personal emails.... but the evidence of that was destroyed. A crime. Hillary also said there were no emails of a classified nature on her server. There were. She then changed her story to "the emails were not marked classified". Most were not, some were, and legally it makes zero difference, since Hillary had classified information on her private server. That server was at least partially hacked by a "whistle blower" who said he didn't read her emails, but read the settings on the server.... which he claimed were the default settings and passwords. In other words, the minions that set up the server not only didn't do a mediocre job of securing it, they didn't load any security updates. Fact, putting classified data on an unsecured non government server is a crime. Unrelated to to rule breaking of having such a server. Speculation is that the Russians and Chinese, probably Iran, and maybe the kid next door, all hacked and read the emails of the Secretary Of State. Which is a security breach of the highest order, and even more important, means that any hypothetical hacker would be able to blackmail Hillary, Bill, and minions, at this or a later time. Speculation. IF the Russians for example, had the emails erased by Hillary, ( and they would, since they would have hacked it long ago ) and there was clear evidence of criminal activity in those emails, they could apply pressure to the hypothetical President. Blackmail is standard procedure in the old KGB, and Putin certainly has the cojones to play such a card at a time of his choosing. So.... we have an unsecured against the rules server in violation of multiple laws on secure documents. We have Hillary admitting she destroyed documents. Documents that later were subpoenaed, but cannot be produced, because they were illegally destroyed. And she lies to your face about most of this, just like she lied to everyone's face about the magical youtube video. Any questions? | ||

The FBI has expanded its probe of Hillary's email fiasco. They believe she may have lied to federal investigators. As is the norm, CNN, and everyone to the left of them, (which is almost all of them) makes no mention of this on their web sites. I would say it's media malpractice, but these places aren't news organizations any longer, they're Democrat PACs. | ||
