Latest attack on Carson is to freak about how insane it is to think nazi gun control laws made it easier to kill Jews.

Double the propaganda for half the effort.

Makes it easier to kill black people too. Which historically is the point.

On the Today show, they were tut-tuting about Carson saying that if he was in that situation, he would hope he could attack the Oregon gunman while urging the others to join in. Their only alternative that they could propose, but didn't, would be to just stand there and be executed. That isn't what the airman did in Paris or the passengers on Flight 93 did.

Those TV characters make me puke, with their million dollar plus salaries, studio supplied limos, etc., acting like they are regular joes. OOops, helicopters.http://pagesix.com/2014/09/03/nbc-pays-for-matt-la uers-helicopter-rides-to-work/

An Open Letter To Donald Trump
Posted on October 28, 2015 by Sundance

quote:

“We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force.” – Ayn Rand

Dear Mr. Trump,

There is something important you need to know – perhaps more important now than ever. Today is a good day for the message.

We fully understand the geography of this battle. We have been well aware this campaign was going to get ugly on many levels. You are confronting a body of globalist political elites. There are trillions of dollars at stake, and significant power over world events hanging in the balance.

We are not disconnected from fully comprehending the issues at hand. We are also fully aware of the gaslighting, astroturfing, lying, and corrupt propaganda – inbound from all those who hold a vested interest in your marginalization.

We fully understand the scope of media fraud which is, and will continue, occurring on a grand scale never before seen. We are well versed in the machinations and schemes of the interests you are facing. We are aware.

We have refined our understanding and communication based on prior years of confrontation and training amid the various battlefields controlled by the very powers now established to see your removal.

We have trained ourselves amid the proving ground of the Mississippi 2014 primary fiasco as a recent and painful exhibit. Unfortunately, we reluctantly accept that neither the Democrat nor Republican party is our friend. Arguably Washington DC is infected with a singular party, a uni-party disconnected from the people they are supposed to represent.

Long ago conservative Americans accepted that most of the U.S. general electorate were unaware of political corruption (on this scale) on both sides of the political continuum. So, we, thousands of us, set about working around a corrupt and deceitful media.

A vast network of patriotic Americans communicate in various platforms and discussions, each bringing increased sunlight to the reality of our situation. The knowledge therein has grown exponentially.

Over the course of the past several years, as your own frustration with the body politic has grown, you were/are not alone in this understanding. There are millions of us who have vested our own time, interests and insight into discovering the true root of the corrupting forces within our body politic. The resulting network is significant, massive even.

However, we are not liberal or conservative, republican, democrat or independent. We are not black or white, Latino or non-Hispanic, or any other form of hyphenated categorization. We are not preachy religious, nor are we absent of accepting a moral and guiding God. We are, quite simply, Americans.

Perhaps awakened Americans – in various stages and forms, but clear-eyed to the situation that surrounds us. We are what you seem to reference as: “the no-longer-silent majority”.

Labels or categories of personage, they matter not. What matters is our fundamental belief that we are Americans first and foremost. Many of us have served our nation; even more of us carry a respect for, and cherish the efforts of, those who have and do.

Yes, you are profoundly correct, “either we have a country or we don’t“. We get that.

Here’s the kicker. We are with you.

So why write?

Well, it is important for us to let you know – there is no need to convince us of your capabilities, experience, qualifications. We’ve got that.

We have completed our due diligence and we fully understand that a non-hyphenated candidate, like us, may make errors, change courses, reverse opinions in the face of new information, and yet still hold a core principle that points ‘True North’.

Our errors, faults, shortcomings and flaws do not make us ‘less than’, they make us human.

Much more important than you convincing us of your worth; in this moment of consequence – it is of far greater importance for you to understand, we are with you.

Pause and re-emphasize for clarity.

You have won – you can remove a specific fear of needing to convince us of leadership merit. Such things are no longer needed. It is much more important for you to know right now that we stand behind you, than for you to have to expend energy fearful of missteps in proving your merit to lead.

We are here. Battle tested, fully engaged, high-information and highly patriotic voters, who are quite capable of advancing and forcing corrective action through pressure when needed. We know how to light up switchboards, and to turn out en masse when push back is needed or warranted.

Indeed, you are currently experiencing visits with tens of thousands of us each week in various venues throughout this blessed nation.

We understand how the media operates – and we fully understand one of their objectives is to plant seeds of doubt within you, and try to get under your skin with various provocations. We fully understand the media intents at damaging us are essentially channeled through their attacks against you.

This is the basis for why it is ultimately more important for you to know we are immune to these attacks, than for you to attempt to avoid them.

The media would like nothing more than to destroy your confidence, through the continual transmission of a lie. Their false message, claiming softening of our support, is as much targeted toward us, as it is toward your own sense and sensibility.

You can remove the worry. We see through their ridiculous schemes and agenda polls, we are well aware of how the media manipulates story lines to sell their own chosen corporate and Wall Street-vested narratives.

As a consequence we can happily say “fughedditaboudit”, it matters not.

These years of forging our resolve in the raging furnace fueled by political deceptions have done nothing but hardened our commitment. We no longer hammer, nor fold, nor cool that forging amid tears of betrayals evidenced.

Those deceivers amid the Washington DC politburo, on both sides of the political equation, have created this group of inglorious vulgarians that stand formidably behind you.

With the forging long behind us, we are well armored, thoroughly prepared, and carry honed battlements beyond penetration by their insufferable optics and tired narratives.

So you can stand boldly in front of that trench we have established, and look slyly into the explosive fuel we have filled it with. We only ask you to wink, while twirling the Zippo.

Enjoy this. There is no better organized, equipped, or committed group than the one covering your six. And there is most certainly no grouping larger than those amid our association – regardless of how much the pontificating pundits refuse to admit it.

So when you are debating all of the other less historic ‘also-rans’ tonight, you don’t necessarily need to respond to those asking the questions. You can avoid the traps, schemes and manipulative intents. Simply look up, outward, and talk to us.

We’re right there with you.

Warmest best,

America !

The arrogance and rudeness of the CNBC moderators towards the candidates were an utter disgrace at the RNC debate tonight. It was refreshing to see the candidates stand together and fight back against the CNBC people who clearly had D tattoos carved on their foreheads.

The real winner tonight was the Republican Party. I will be proud to vote for any of them and against the criminal and insane Democrat candidates. The R's debated how to grow business and reduce government where the D's only promised more entitlements and how to divide and enslave people. Free pizza ain't free folks. It is rather expensive.

Blacks, women, asian, latinos, governors, ceos, and youth represent people vying for the Republican nomination to reduce the power of this failing government. They were all at the podium tonight.

The Democrats? Three (soon to be one)Old and White, mostly rich and all fully entrenched in the power structure that is failing America. Their only solution is to take more of your money.

Hopefully, Badwebbers like Julie among others will ponder this and have a moment of clarity. I did.

Reindog, you and I are quite similar in our political views, but with all due respect:

The Republican party, at least in general, is not our friend. Most of the R candidates are R's in name only, Bush in particular, to the extreme.

Carson? On first blush I like the guy, but it doesn't take much digging for me to have serious second thoughts.

Fiorina? Not in a million years.

The Republican leadership as it currently stands is corrupt, and considers patriots like you and me as the enemy.

Secondly, race or financial status has nothing to do with whether one is a patriot or not. (Nor does gender, of course.) The D candidates all suck because of their core beliefs and values, not because of the color of their skin, or the scope of their wealth.

These are just one man's opinions, and I respect yours fully.

The point is that D's advertise themselves as the Party of diversity and it just ain't so. Whether the R's truly represent the American People is debatable but they broadcast with 20MW spotlights that they are inclusive of all kinds of people. It should be noticed by even the most diehard ProgLib.

We can never get everything we want but most of the candidates on the podium last night nudge us towards smaller government with the cement of lower taxes.

Or maybe I am Charley Brown eternally holding the football and being fooled.

FB1: there is never a problem debating with you because you are a beacon of respectability to any opponent unlike some here. Glad to see you back but I suspect some may think we are the same person. I am mostly in voyeur mode precisely at the time you are opening your big yapper.

IMO Trump just loves to be a candidate running for POTUS and really does want to be the Republican nominee and really wants to beat the pants off demo nominee. If he becomes POTUS,... for the joy of the win it could be bad. But.. honestly, I get a blank space in my head when I think of what Trump will really be like as POTUS. A kind of nothingness. But.. I do sense lots of protesting and uproar from groups that are just waiting to cause kaos worse than we've seen so far over some stupid comment he may make.
-------------------------------------------
I want a wall... same kind of imaginary wall they built around Philadelphia when the Pope made his visit. And I want all immigrants to obey the process of entry to the USA, just like all the citizens did to see the Pope. If anyone got out of line they would have been be arrested. (I don't know that it didn'ty happen) Same should apply to the USA borders. AND if they choose to,.. they can become US citizens. But all should obey the laws of the land. It's not very hard to understand. And NOT insulting either. Respect gets respect right? Think positive, don't dwell on the crap in life.

This is precisely what we Conservatives have been saying for years: the MSM is biased towards the Socialists/Progressives. It was evident for all to see last night. They simply could not disguise their bias and hatred towards anyone other than Democrats. Disgusting.

I was behind a guy with a Ben Carson bumper sticker on his car today. I though to myself that I wouldn't mind having one of those on my car. And then I realized that I would put any of the R candidate bumper stickers on my car. Except Trump. I'm still going to vote against Hillary if he's the nominee...but I'm going to hold my nose when I do it. I just can't picture him as a serious person. He's been in too many reality TV shows, and he runs his mouth too much. I'd love to have a real business man (or woman...looking at you Carly) in office, but what would foreign policy look like? On the other hand, it would have to be better than it is now.

Anyone care to comment about the behavior of the CNBC moderators?

So you select a panel of moderators who are basically all Socialists, for a debate on economics. Do you really expect them to try to raise above what you would see in the monkey house at the zoo?

FB1, I hope you don't mind me singling you out on this, but would welcome input from anyone. I just know that you have been a strong supporter of Trump. If Trump were in fact elected, do you think it would be possible to separate his responsibilities as leader of our country from his responsibilities to his business empire? If it's possible, would Trump do that? I'm sure you realize that even if it were possible to 100% firewall him from his personal interests, every decision he makes will be scrutinized in light of the effect on his personal empire. It's too easy of a criticism for journalists, the likes of which we saw last night, to constantly attack every policy he enacts. Of course, him enacting policies that are good for business, will likely do well for his personal empire too. I'm just not convinced that he won't become President of the Trump empire first, but even that is likely to be better for us than anything offered by the Dems.

Oldog, here's a link to plenty of reading material on Fiorina. Please be advised that the comments on CTH are generally very informative, i.e, if you click on one of the links at this link, please take the time to read the comments.

http://theconservativetreehouse.com/category/carly -fiorina/page/8/

CTH has been near-bulletproof in the years that I've lurked there. I found them via a link from Legal Insurrection during Zimmerman/Martin, and have vetted the site, and the moderators, to my satisfaction. Your mileage may vary.

My VERY strong opinion: Trump poses a clear and present danger to the corruption in DC. He has been savaged by the media, including FOX, at every opportunity, and the viciousness will only get worse. This election was supposed to be between the Beest and Bush, but Trump threw a big wrench into the works.

IF you believe he's telling the truth about who he is and what he believes in - and I do - what's not to like? Yeah, he could be a lot more Reagan-esque in his delivery, but his MESSAGE is VERY Reagan-esque.

I used to dislike the guy, for no particular reason other than I didn't care for his style, and I'd been told, for years, by the MSM not to like him.

However, I've studied him closely the past several months, and I'm satisfied that he means what he says. I believe he'd make a great president. He's smart, decisive, patriotic, unapologetic, and surrounds himself with proven leaders. His success is no accident, and I believe he'd apply himself 100% to helping make America great again.

Fiorina? As president?? I really don't see the requisite qualifications and track record. Have you studied her tenure at Hewlitt-Packard?

(PS: Sure enjoyed the ride with you recently; wish we could do that more often...)
