"That's funny, considering how many Tea Party leaders are actually part of a certain minority."

You've certainly proven that they are all-inclusive.

"And yes, the blacks have just done wonderfully by blindly voting 90% Democrat for generations. Just look how nice their slums are these days."

That statement is not even up to your standards.

>>>>"So a Mississippi candidate speaks at a pro 2nd amendment rally, because there is a merchant that deals in "White Pride" merchandise hes..... a racist?"

Apparently he thought so and so did the Republican boss. He didn't speak.

"blacks in engineering".... no problem with that.

"best black engineer".... that's a problem.

This thread is the perfect illustration of the vapid anti-intellectual fervor suffered by leftists.

Any misdeed that may be remotely linked to their political opposition is eagerly broadcast with feigned outrage.

Then they go back to supporting the mass murder of unborn babies.

Hey Blake.

that "anti-intellectual fervor suffered by leftists"

Just so I understand your comment, are we talking more stupid or less stupid than Sarah Palin? I use Sarah Palin as my yardstick for anti-intellectual.

"Then they go back to supporting the mass murder of unborn babies."

Abortion is a womans right. According to law it is also legal.
It's only the vapid religious fervor suffered by some that would refer to it as murder.

And how many has Texas executed this week?

But that's a topic for another time.

The act of abortion has laws protecting it. Laws can be re-written. A woman has the right, under the laws as they now exist, to murder her unborn child. Period. I think those laws will be changed or modified in the near future.

I have to agree with FredFrank on this point. Murder is an inaccurate description of abortion. Homicide is far more accurate.

Nope. Still a bit off. The term we're looking for here is 'infanticide'.

So yesterdays Democrats are todays Tea Party? Could be.

So, really, when exactly did this change in the Democratic party happen? Closest decade would be fine.

I hate the mentality that the abortion is a woman's 'right'. It bothers me when we get extreme leftists talking about animal rights, but are entirely okay with abortion.

So, Fred doesn't see fit to answer me or take the time to read the material I linked for him on the subject at hand.

Instead he changes the subject to something else he is also wrong about.

Hell, he didn't even read the stuff he linked himself.

Good luck with your pathetic life.

FredFrank has no answers. He has no answer for when the Democrats turned from oppressor to savior of the blacks, as well as other minorities. Of course there is no answer to that. They have become masters at disguising what they do though. Black have unfortunately have largely bought into this for generations now. Where has it gotten them? They used to live in ghettos on the south side of Chicago around my parts. That was far too obvious though. They've now been dispersed into smaller ghettos in the burbs. This was supposed to help them out, but in reality, they have been given a territory that typically have limited entrances that clearly mark the division of their section 8 housing and the rest of society. I get to drive a school bus into some of those suburban ghettos every day. I see what goes on. This is the result of generations of allegiance to the Democratic party.

Interesting how some other minorities, such as Indians (the India variety, not the American ones) for example, who fled the oppression of their own society, and through hard work have largely become highly successful members of society despite having skin that fails to match what is claimed to be the Republican party and Tea Party. Of course the Tea Party has numerous prominent leaders who fail to match this small minded stereotype. It's a wonderful thing when you first open your eyes to truth.

BTW, who knows who Hiram Rhodes Revels was? Look him up if you don't know, but feel you handle some truth. Hard core Democrats tend to rely more on lies and deception, rather than truth however.

"It's only the vapid religious fervor suffered by some that would refer to it as murder. "

Those who understand that when an egg is fertilized, it becomes a distinct organism genetically different from any other, and not simply one of the cells of the parent's body to be brushed aside at will, hold abortion to be murder. Religion has nothing to do with it. Rather, science.

"And how many has Texas executed this week?"

Typical response from the left. Here's one from the right.

You can not conflate someone convicted of capital murder with an innocent child, and hold the two to be equal when discussing the possibility of intentionally causing their deaths.

I would disagree on the religion bit. Religion has everything to do with it. The problem is that the religious fanatic will not bend their beliefs to hard science.

The religion I refer to is Statism BTW.

What is the point of that photo? Is it meant to be humorous? Inflammatory? Without comment, it's hard to say. It certainly adds nothing to the topic.

"it becomes a distinct organism "

That is a faulty and arbitrary statement since it is still attached to and dependent upon the woman. Yours is a religious interpretation not a scientific one.

Capital punishment is state sponsored murder. You're right, the two are not equal. We can all agree that a life is being taken.

I agree that the photo above is sick but so are many of the posts on these threads. It's a reflection of our society.

"That is a faulty and arbitrary statement since it is still attached to and dependent upon the mother"

Not faulty in the least. It is genetically distinct from the mother. I don't know what you mean by arbitrary.

Babies are entirely dependent upon their mothers, or some other person, for their survival for several years after they are born, so your assertion that their dependency makes them ripe for killing is simply ridiculous. Unless of course you mean that anyone dependent upon anyone else isn't really alive and can be killed at will.

As most leftists think, given one wrong, we must remain impotent to oppose any other, at least if it is to oppose immorality or rules they don't like.

It's a reflection of a portion of our society, those people who imagine themselves an end in their own right, beholding to no higher authority than themselves, thus they worship their "holy" state.

Even when shown the vapid anti-intellectualism of their own behavior, leftists almost always bizarrely perpetrate yet more of the same blatantly anti-intellectual behavior. The crowning achievement of such mental giants being to call others stupid. The theme remains, they know better what is good for everyone, so opposition must never be respected, always maligned and dismissed as unworthy any serious consideration. Alinsky, their Communist activist mentor approves.

Sarah Palin is the perfect example.

No one is so brilliant as those who cannot communicate absent reading from a teleprompter. College records sealed. Lie after lie, after lie. But that is opposite of Palin. That is their dear leader, Barack Hussein Obama. Bastard child of a Communist mother and AWOL Muslim father.

Sarah Palin, a strong intelligent articulate woman who stands and acts upon her principles is EXACTLY the type of opponent who kindles panic within the dark souls of deceitful leftists. Alan West is another. Michelle Bachman is another. Ted Cruz is another. Clarence Thomas is another. Thomas Sowell is another. Ann Coulter is another.

When a leftist commits unethical acts, the leftist sheep dismiss concerns of character, it's their private life and must not reflect on their professional capacity. If however, they are able to even dishonestly smear their opponents; they clamor for their resignation or withdrawal from the contest.

From leftists we get the rule of law abused for partisan gain, Card Check, The Fairness Doctrine, and yes The Affordable Care & Patient Protection Act (a complete and utter lie in name and deed).

Is it any wonder they don't want other people owning firearms?

Kill the unborn babies and glorify sodomy, just don't leave a Bible in a classroom.

Vapid, arrogant, anti-intellectual pretty much covers the leftist character; we should probably add "viciously intolerant" and a clear danger to freedom and prosperity everywhere.

Don't be a leftist (Progressive). Shun anti-intellectualism in favor of tolerance, reasoned logical debate, all the honest information that ought to inform said debates, and mostly freedom and liberty for all.

The informative character of the pro-abortion leftist activism is to demonstrate clearly that such people can never be counted upon to defend the weak and helpless, but rather do the exact opposite should doing so benefit their goal for political power.

There likely is no greater evil on this earth. 55,000,000 dismembered, burned alive, halfway born, then murdered, stabbed in the neck, brain sucked out.

Absolutely 100% the result of leftist deceit/lies, and all purely for their holy quest for ever more political power.

"This debate is futile due to your religious fervor"

I specifically stated that my objection to abortion is rooted in science, not religion. I've not quoted scripture, nor offered my opinion of what God's opinion might be. I quoted you directly. Don't put words in my mouth.
