Gonna be real funny when tens of millions, if not more, social security numbers and personal data are compromised. Real funny. Are YOU going go willingly give your identity theft information to site hackers? Remember, they didn't bother testing this site before going on line and also allowing convicted felons to be on the other end of the phone line.

Wait until most of you wake up to the fact that Obamacrats consider YOU the rich who have to share "just a little bit more". We are witnessing a Soviet dismantling of the Middle Class by an Alinsky Community Organizer.

Are you really going to vote for Hillary who will run with Obama's ball? Really?

It was Hillary's ball to begin with. Or have we all forgot about HillaryCare?

Why isn't the awarding of a no-bid contract to a crony of Michelle Obama not being investigated?

Because the White House told the media to leave it alone.

Next question?

having been through a state that implemented Hillary Care; I have NOT forgotten.

And I know all too well where this one ends.

Insurance companies will (and are already are) drop individual coverages, and leave the market - for group policies that are 'compliant' their prices will sky rocket, and many companies will abandon the domestic market all together

but that was the point of it all to begin with .
watch and see
wait and learn

it has all been done before.

Clearly, they are rushing in hot patches untested. Not a good thing. I still haven't been able to create an account. I know I don't want to give my SS#.

Here's what you get from the untested hot patches...

I dunno, the ACA seems to be doing exactly as intended. Functionally, anyway. It's not supposed to "work", it's supposed to make you angry. Success!

Now to see how phase 2 works.

I'm a little surprised to see that a few people have suddenly realized that Barry says what he has to to get his way. It's even being reported a little bit, which is astounding.

But the counter offensive is in full swing, and now we "know" that it's the R's fault because they didn't want socialized medicine, so THEY are the ones to blame for the high insurance prices, you know, insisting on evil private industry to be involved, with it's greedy capitalist running dogs.

It's also a new mantra ( Credit, Bill Maher ) that of course Obama had to lie to get the bill passed. If he didn't lie, how would he get what he wants?

Oh, BTW, the ACA made my insurance illegal, so it's canceled. I'm not worried. I already know that Ezekiel Emanuel has my care planned out.

I suppose I should get in touch with the local IRS office and ask how big a Contribution I need to make to Obama.com.

I had a much larger tax burden than usual this year, and as such went on a wonderful payment plan with the IRS. Here is the kicker - they CANNOT accept electronic payments. I must send a paper check or money order through regular mail. No other option. This is the largest revenue collecting arm of the federal government, and it is 2013, and they cannot process electronic payments. And anyone thinks these a$$hats have the saavy to control the medical industry? what fools

oh, they are well adept at seizing and freezing accounts - but if your payment is 'late' because of mail... then they get to tack on additional interest and late penalties

In fact, only one person was able to successfully use Healthcare.gov to enroll in the new exchange.

But even that single person has not paid, which means the enrollment is not complete.

The emails suggest the “payment re-direct option” on government servers isn’t working.

Blue Cross Blue Shield found the entire system is so filled with glitches that the company decided not to upload data because it was afraid false information might enter its computer system.

And the emails reveal a scammer was using the insurer’s name to try to obtain personal information.

A person was making phone calls claiming to be with the “National Health Care Registry,” and falsely claim it was taking over healthcare reform contracts from the Blue Cross.

Damn! So far the system in NC has a 100% rate of applicants getting targeted by scammers. At least something about this is 100%.

Fraud and security leaks are growing with Obamacare. Are YOU willing to submit YOUR private data to a leaky site or fraudulent sites? How can YOU continue to support this fraudulent administration of deceit and lies? YOUR silence is deafening.

Wow, this is from the New York Times:

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/10/business/con-men -prey-on-confusion-over-health-care-act.html?partn er=yahoofinance&_r=0

Prediction: Newspeak will no longer refer to ACA as Obamacare. They never called it "Obamacare". Obama never embraced ACA as "Obamacare". Airstrip One has always been at war with EastAsia.

Simple C&P...

http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB100014240527 02303460004579190131236643954

So the national embarrassment known as Healthcare.gov and the 36 federal ObamaCare exchanges won't be fixed by the end of November after all, notwithstanding a month of assurances from the White House.

In updates for reporters on Thursday and Friday, the Affordable Care Act's lead repairman Jeff Zients more or less conceded that the website three years in the making won't work until sometime after the end of this month. He explained that every problem that is resolved and taken off the "punch list"—already several hundred items long—reveals new problems that the tech people didn't know about. "Where we are is not where we want to be," he said.

The tech squeeze is apparently so bad that chief U.S. technology officer Todd Park is too busy to testify before Congress. The House Oversight Committee is probing what went wrong in the development process, but Mr. Park can't attend the Wednesday hearing because he's "occupied full time on the critically important work of improving the website," according to a White House letter rebuffing the invitation.

Is Mr. Park personally rewriting code? Chairman Darrell Issa issued a subpoena compelling him to appear, and maybe he can also address the emerging problem of ObamaCare fraud. That includes the way the law was sold and rolled out, but especially the profusion of identity thieves and scam-artist pages that are now pretending to be Healthcare.gov and are tricking people into divulging sensitive information or buying fake products. Important consumer warning: If an insurance shopping website is usable, it's not the federal government's.

spoofed ip addresses....
reminds me of the wild west cowboy days of www.whitehouse.com

ie, get the extension wrong and you do not get the commander in chief - but something very raunchy instead and 'alternative' at that (yes it was a MsM site)

digital hooliganism at its best.

You can't effectively spoof an IP address for a web transaction. You can do it for denial of service type send crap type attacks, but you can't fake an IP for a web request.

When you send a TCP/IP packet, you send a "SYN" packet to the target IP with a "return address". The target gets this, creates a random sequence number, and sends that back to the return address as a SYN/ACK packet. Finally, the original sender sends back that sequence number incremented by one in an ACK packet in order to start the communication.

If you don't actually control the IP address (or a server upstream of it) you are pretending to be, you never get the SYN/ACK packet sequence number, and you don't know what to put in the ACK packet.

For a while there were TCP/IP implementation problems that made the sequence number predictable, but those have been long since fixed.

Not to say that there are not a ton of other easy attacks on the ACA sites and ACA rollout. A point I make to my partners all the time is "a confused and angry customer is one of the biggest security threats you can ever create". They are ripe for the picking by an attacker.

As long as no one signs up . . . the current cumulative total of folks who have signed up in Oregon is ZERO . . . it shouldn't be a problem.

Of course . . . those 5,000,000+ (as of today and growing exponentially) folks who have lost their insurance . . . I'll bet they're angry and confused.

At least . . . .like Garry said. . . they'll have those bug fat 401K balances to pay those $25k/wk insurance bills.

Shame is that a disproportionate number of the folks getting dropped are among those who most desperately need health care.

I've managed lots of big, approaching $1B programs . . . and this program is staffed by rank amateurs from the resident down. The big guy shoulda smoked a bit less hemp in school. (I'm taking him at his word . . as quoted in his book . . that he seldom went to class and spent most his days smoking weed.

We deserve better.

Hell he can't even get a simple Hegelian Dialectic correct - he is not even a 'good' Marxist.

And from the gamin side of things. This is how health care will be gamed, and Dr's will will refuse to accept 'exchange' and Medicare/Medicaid patients; hell even insurance patients.

http://reason.com/archives/2013/11/09/obamacare-le aves-doctors-on-the-hook-for

This is exactly as it happened in Washington state 15 years ago. Providers started going cash only - and refusing to see Medicaid patients.... Medicaid in Washington went into receivership (state owned bankruptcy) three times in 15 years.

The national experience will not be any different.
Watch and learn
Wait and see.
