Well, the 1125's put out 146 horsepower, which worked out to somewhere around 120 at the rear wheel. With 1190cc's and a bigger airbox, I'm sure the new bikes will exceed that by a considerable amount. |

I see EBR is signed up. Will this be the into show when they reveal the new models? http://www.aimexpousa.com/AIME/AIMEWhosIn/Particip ating_Companies_1.aspx |

Gee, I wish I could get as excited as some of you. I really, really do. But I'm not. A head light and front wheel, BFD. Personally,I'm tired of the teases. Just show the F#$%ing bike already. |

With all due respect, it does lack a little information when compared to the KTM 1290 teaser. |

Last numbers I'd heard were around 175 hp, so figure 155-160 at best at the wheel without doing some engine mods. Sure, the RS model may be making 185+ but it's a bit more than most of us can afford anyway. |

That's a fun teaser article Fred, thanks for posting it. Personally, I'll just wait and see, not really expecting it... but I wouldn't be surprised to see something from them (EBR) in the future either. |

They(EBR) said months ago that they were revealing a new model at the AIMExpo. So in less than a month we should know what the bike is and maybe others as well. |

AIMExpo is October 16-20, so it should be a little less than TWO months before we see the EBR production bike(s). http://www.aimexpousa.com/AIME/AIMExpo.aspx Perhaps NOT coincidentally, the announcement of Buell's closure came on October 15, 2009, so it would make a lot of sense to reveal the new bike(s) on October 16. |

That's what I get for posting before getting out of bed! Open to the public only Oct. 18-20 though. Still trying to get there. |
