I'm not going to argue statistics, unless I see the data. I do note that Martin's lady friend that many have picked on unfairly has clearly stated that Martin may have been in the middle of a commission of a hate crime when he was shot in self defense. If Martin attacked Zimmerman believing he was gay, because he was gay, then if he had lived, should have been prosecuted for Hate Crimes. Any comments Anderson Cooper? | ||

The witness (on the phone with Treyvon shortly before the incident) indicated Treyvon described being followed by some "creepy ass cracker", and she speculated that said creepy ass cracker was gay and was going to rape Treyvon or something. Do you get charged with two hate crimes if you assault someone based on both their race *and* their sexual orientation? Had Treyvon simply hung up and called police, they would have sorted it out very quickly, as Zimmerman was on the phone with the police at that same moment. | ||

I see. I had not heard that part. I'm frustrated with everyone saying he's a murderer. It's a concern with me because if he wanted to just kill Martin, he could have just shot him in the face and walked away. No one would have known and most murders are not solved (iirc) | ||

When I saw Trayvons Father being interviewed...he stated something like: "If Trayvon was white, this would have never happened". Really?!?!?! Trayvon didn't die because he was black! But thinking about some more....., maybe a white kid wouldn't have had the balls to confront Zimmerman in the first place.  | ||

In the old days you'd shoot these folk out of a cannon, or toss them over the city wall with a catapult as a warning. I know where to get a Trebuchet big enough, but D.C doesn't have a city wall ( unless you count the loop, which could be a defensive structure ) And transporting a Treb that size takes a big trailer. The real problem is that splatting such a payload on a city street, though very traditional, can be considered polluting.  | ||

By that logic, Eric Holder should be barred from public service until after the investigation into..... Fast & Furious. The IRS voter intimidation scandal. The media intimidation scandal. The media hacking scandal. The mystery death of the reporter in a fiery "high speed" crash after breaking a story the admin. doesn't want out. The NSA phone record scandal. The IRS Theft of medical records. The repeated perjury of the AG. The repeated lies of the AG. The paying with taxpayer dollars protesters as part of an anti constitution program by the AG. ( one of MANY ) And if Holder had been removed from power until after the F&F murders & gun smuggling ring, then several of the other crimes listed above might not have happened.
