I'm right there with Fatty. I am in the middle of a merger at work. We're merging in another credit union and are targeting an April 1st merger date, but that might get pushed.

I'm in a similar sitiation- took me 3 years of persistence, but I'm now at a job I LOVE, able to WALK to work even (usually skateboard when it's nice out), and easily making double or better $$$!
2013 will be the year to get ahead, instead of just getting by for me. Hopefully that will mean acquiring my next Buell also!
It'd be great to have SOME kind of get-together this year when it's warm... mebbe I can reserve the big cabin here, it's right at the beginning of TN360:

Couldn't even tell you at this point.
March and April are just going to be ugly, so any date you pick could be ugly.

I've had the possibility of a very exciting opportunity come up that's going to consume a good bit of my riding time in March and April.
We might have to make a trip in the summer time. |

Well the only suggestions other than 29/30/31 of March is nothing so far. So that is when I will plan to be in the area. I will see if I can bring some of the local folks with me. |

Glitch, I want to respect your previous Marchbadness successes. In doing so, if you wish I will call it something else when I put a note on 'Storm Fronts'.

Hey Vern! Whatcha brewing up?
I might be able to afford to bail on a Friday and Saturday, plus I'm off Sundays and Mondays... if it worked out, a leisurely ride back Monday would be schweet. Stopping of course at Tellico Grains Bakery for lunch, mebbe I could arrange a cookout for dinner at my place to top it all off...
Needing a good ride to clear the noggin!

I spoke with Bill Johnson (owner of the property formally know as TWO) today and he has finally come up with a name for the resort.It will be called Two Wheels of Suches.
He told me they should have everything ready by May.He had to push back his April opening due to permitting and construction delays.The lodge is ready with a new roof,paint,flooring and a new kitchen.He is putting in a separate vehicle parking area and work on the new bath house starts next week.He still doesn't have a web site. |

Humm...sounds like the new TWO (TWoS??) is going to be nice.
Luckily I'm about the same distance from there as I was when I lived in Tennessee so I'm ready to head over and check it out. |

Vamps and Chilli are going to be in N Ga this weekend the 9/10. It may become my Marchbadness trip if I can make it happen.
Heck, I don't know what to do. My business climate is still so screwy I haven't been able to KNOW when I can do anything the same day, let alone plan a day ahead.
