Ridiculous. While I hate the stupid things Kanye says, i like him music, but im sick of his set, just not a lot of energy to it. I guess cause theres not a real band. I dont know. Who ruled. pwn, it was one night brother, chill it was on, i think it heard, 35 channels. If you have cable you probabaly have a few HUNDRED channels left to choose from. And were you that interested in the Cooking channels regular programming last night? Or MundoFox? (just two that had them, i watched AMC) | ||

I'm wondering why this whole Mayan calendar thing hasn't gained any traction like the Y2K predictions of disaster did 13 years ago? People went absolutely nuts then and I've not seen any indications that they are smarter now. | ||

Most have been de-sensitized because of past events such as Y2K. A whole lot of folks are curious about the whole celestial alignment thing, however. The media have gone to great lengths to keep it all quiet too. Did anyone hear about the asteroid near miss last Tuesday? There have been 2 recently. A 3 mile wide asteroid with a way close trajectory must not be newsworthy. Any new scientific evaluation of the possible effects of the alignment is either also not newsworthy or else the alignment is just rumor. Either way, in the end (no pun intended) it does not matter in the least. Whatever happens, we can not stop or change it and the media will either lie about it outright or simply keep it quiet. Life goes on and faith, hope and love is all that's important. | ||
