DDave, Obama kicked off his own political career in the home of convicted terrorists. He doesn't just sympathize with terrorists, he courts them. This is irrefutable fact. The popular news media has failed to investigate and report truth on the man, still to this day. Had he been a Republican, he'd have been so utterly and rightly exposed and evicerated in print for his questionable history, he'd have never been in serious contention for any major political office. The corrupt news media here is the big problem. (Message edited by Blake on October 17, 2012) |

Fences? I misread it as feces. I'll start a thread on the aspects of Sean Flannery's The Third Policeman and get back in the garage. (Message edited by moxnix on October 17, 2012) |

Don't leave!! We can all agree that Keith Wandell hates America and probably caused the Gulf Oil Spill and Hydrox dissapearing. The rest of political BS is unimportant. |

Ok, ok, dang... allow me... "My name is J. Brad Hardin, and I'm an addict to the Badweb." There, I said it. Politics or no, somehow all you crazies have become fandamily. Truth be told, not that I'm a shrink or nuthin, but I'm a little thin-skinned lately since 9/23. Normally, I've got an EXTREMELY long fuse, but after that day, it seems to have shortened some. Humor me on this though: Be mindful that injecting politics and/or religion into completely unrelated conversations is just wacky. Imagine doing the same having a conversation with someone in person. No worky. All the love going forward, BW bro's and sis'- the door is always open if you head to Blount County TN. |

"love it" Pfft. That's no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power is derived from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. |

I mean, if I went 'round, saying I was an emperor, just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away. |

Too many lines to choose from. It's one of those timeless films that you can enjoy on many levels, like a good book. I always find something new in it every time I watch. Must dig it out again, it's about time my 13yr old son got educated. |

I'm with ya Grumpy. I seldom come here anymore, After Buell died. I can't remember If I liked you or not.... oh well, it's moot, it's been a year at least, since my last visit. I too have changed interests to Jeeps now. Just getting to old to ride safely. In my day, I was dam good, probably better than 80% of the riders out there, mostly dirt on big Maico's Huskies and CZ's, all 400cc or bigger, sparring with factory racers. But I'm now 61. The reflexes aren't there now, nor is the enchantment of Bikes. I'v had as many bikes as I am old, so thats not too bad a life of riding. But now it's time for fishing or prospecting or puffing or just kicking back remenissing with friends here and there. SO OLD MAN........enjoy whats left, forget the moroons, they will always be with us, and tackle all those things you once thought of doing 'someday' God Speed Grumpy.... Oh I'm not going anywhere Richard, currently looking at buying another bike. My reflexes aren't what they were either, but my experience more than compensates (for the moment). |

Thanks for the okra! We spent the day pulling out the garden, kept a small serrano chili plant and transferred it to a pot for the winter... gonna do my signature bleu cheese burgers with bacon tonite, do the last batch of '12's fried green tomatoes, got some potato hash browns, enjoying sunset with my honey and the two dawgies... Life is good. Weird that I had to hijack my own thread back... Here's hoping this week brings lots for all of us to be thankful about! |
