Yeah- gots some old vinyl that I inherited from my mom... when she was young, she was a "hottie", and all the Nashville radio DJ's would mack on her... she got some NICE stuff.

Might have to head to work early this week, got a BB close by.

Bill,

The people currently watching AMA racing on Speed DO have the tier of cable required for watching Speed. Makes sense, no?

Can you watch races on the AMA racing website? If so, my need for cable just dropped to zero as well.

In the main, there are two audiences for the sponsor's advertisements: TV viewers, and buts in seats. There aren't a whole lot of butts in seats, and if Fox doesn't broadcast the races, the TV viewers will not exist.

This has happened before you remember. I don't remember what the name of the channel used to be, but when it changed to Speed, it went heavily NASCAR. Thankfully, they still managed to broadcast MC racing, albeit at odd hours of the morning. We lost Two Wheel Tuesday. Meh. Here's to hoping that the races survive the new owners.

Jeff
