Author Message   Daves Posted on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 - 02:37 pm:        On Sunday, my Dad lost his final battle with brain cancer. I guess we got lucky, he made it 10 weeks when they gave him 6-8. He was pretty good up til Friday. I visited him Friday morning before work, helped him with breakfast and talked for what would turn out to be the final time. He went to sleep Friday afternoon and never woke up. He passed quietly Sunday evening at about 7pm.
