When I was 5 I had to go to the principals office because I had said that Santa was Christ when he got old and fat. (why else would they have the same day devoted to them - they are the same person! made perfect sense then !) They were not fond of my Noah analysis either (as in why didnt Noah put two fish of every fish on the boat if indeed there were two of everything.... and there should have been only one worm cuz we know they can F themselves when you cut them....) Sunday school was not my friend either | ||

You're never going to let me forget that, are you Max.  Edit, for those who "weren't there". A few years back there was a politico/religious discussion going on in one thread (nothing new then) & it had got to the stage where people were lobbing bible quotes back & forth quoting chapter & verse (yes that's where the expression comes from, but I digress.) to add a little levity & take the sting out of what was looking, to me, to become all out religious schism, I lobbed in one of my own quoting chapter & verse from my Haynes repair manual for Yamaha FJ1200.  Beautiful downtown Unalaska, Alaska, circa 1971. Better known by the name Dutch Harbor. A lady who knew I fished crab there asked me last week if I watched the TV show. "Yes, a few years ago." I answered, "Told the wife they were working too slow." She said I probably wished I was making that kind of money back then. Hmm, I smirked, we were making a lot more money than those guys on the TV show. When I started, there were 33 boats in the Bering Sea fleet, when I left, over 300. Thanks Squids, I'll snipe that for other uses. Mathematics applies to everything in the universe except One and the closest I've seen "it" described is in relation to quantum foam by a person who couldn't say what "it" was.
