This means that there will be quotas for "other gendered" judges. Does Judge pay well in CA? ( duh! of course it does ) I may qualify, just tell me what orientation you are hiring. Somewhere in the Napa Valley, perhaps? Or. Are you now or have you ever been a member.....? | ||

To require that information in order to "balance" the bench is an accusation that those who aren't gay or lesbian are universally incapable of being unbiased. The IMPLICATION is discriminatory. Somebody please shoot me. Things are out of control and the inmates are running the asylum. | ||

Or better yet - ask them to PROVE their gayness or "personhood" You can hook up an EEG and give them a visual image and check for results. If I were a judge and claimed to be gay or straight, how would they accept my claim (or prove/disprove it)? | ||
