Hey; I have none of those qualifications except the KISS part. I do have lots of enthusiasm and I'll work for cheap. I wonder if they need a Gofer?

That is an accurate statement.

If you only knew . . .if you only knew.

There are a world of folks gathered round the pond waiting for the giant Buell Bass to appear where they last saw bubbles.

If they only knew.

I sure do! Good luck to someone. You will work harder and longer than you ever had and will achieve things you didn't know were possible.

the problem I see working at/for E.B.R. would be liking your job to much.

I could see a MAJOR strain on my marriage happening.

Meh.. Sometimes a price must be paid.... ; )

The test riding is quite a bit of work. I did it for years paid by the mile and expenses.

The adventures, many of which have been related here over the last 15 years, are legend.

It may be more work than folks think. The last bike I did, officially, was the Blast.

By the way . . that's misleading. I did the Blast as an employee. I did the earlier tube frames as a contractor. The S1WL, X1, S3 and Blast were done as a salaried employee

Did expenses cover the clean clothing required due to stealing diesel fuel for a Gas powered Bike?
We never heard the full story on the farmers response.

I've been a fabricator, engineer, wrench and rider my entire adult life. It would be a dream come true. But 'Uncle Shuga' owns me for a couple more years.

I really feel like I sold my soul now. : (

Then again, I can't say I'm not happy where I am. I hope whomever they get helps them turn out some awesome bikes that I can buy. Mine's getting worn out!

>>>>We never heard the full story on the farmers response.

That was an AMAZING day and perhaps one of the most exciting and some of the nastiest weather i'd ever stubbed into.

It's also the only day I've ever ridden in a pickup with 8 dead animals in the bed.

Interesting that several days later . . . I actually exploded the bike . . . . put a large hole in the rear piston.

This was after a design change by HD and the motor was removed, sealed and flown back to East Troy where "The Gary's" did an autopsy.

We were able to find something that was a problem unique to areas of Europe where bikes were ridden at higher speeds.

Fun days
