I am getting ready to move to Reno, Nv. (north reno to be more exact) just wondering if there are any fellow Buell rider in that area? Although I will be living there I will be working in susanville, Ca.

Northern Nevada is dual sport country. Check out Adv.com. Lots of cool street rides in Nor Cal too. Find your way to Burney Falls this spring.

..hello soon to be neighbor...i live at the south end of Carson City(13 miles south).....another fellow Bueller in the area...we're a very small group....only saw an XB about a month ago...mass quantities of H-D products here and in Reno. When you get here, get ahold of me an we can hook up for some neat runs around the area(expecially around the Tahoe Basin),i've known the area since 1958(4 yrs old then) and there are some pretty roads to ride on and throughout the Sierras.I obviously don't ride in the winter time...but look out when the roads dry up and no more sanding of them.LT

Reno Fernley is one of the newer sportbike-friendly tracks: http://www.renofernleyracetrack.com/

It has been years since I'd ridden around the Tahoe/Truckee area but I doubt there are more than a half dozen areas as spectacular to ride with that kind of scenery.

There's a couple of good cats there, racing 1125's at Reno-Fernley, who I met at MMP a few weeks ago. Keith and John, I recall - didn't get their last names, but they lurk on BW....

Made it to my destination, Cold Springs Valley in northern Reno. Man I need to get accustomed to this cold, coming from So Cal it's a big difference.
