Iamike Is correct in his post--Now for the last time I want to clear up something. I will try to keep this simple and will not get as tech. as needed as it would take to lomg to explain and most would not read it any way. The BOP s did not fail because they are faulty but failed because they were used in a manor that they could not function. There wre seven (7) places where unsafe practices were used. The most critical one was not instaling a hold down ring is BOP stack. NOTE this rig was costing $750,000 to $1000.000 per day and it would have taken 2 to 3 days rig time to instal. Now here is where the BLAME lies. Mr. Obama had placed his buddies in charge and they had no clue what they were doing and they signed off on this. So when all hell ocured they had to shut down all drilling to cover thier asses.( it is a lot more involved but this as simple as I can make it) | ||

The Democrats, during one of the most dire periods in our countries history, has complete and total unchallenged control of the ability to initiate and pass legislation and they ignored America . . while shuttling about on their private jets (government not corporate) hauling family and friends around the world apologizing for the success of hard working Americans. We will recover . . . it's taken a real slap in the face .. but the American people are slowly awakening. The brat pack is running wild in the streets in a last ditch effort to keep someone else paying for their unemployment and student loans but their well televised lunacy, I;m thinking, is going to help set the course ahead. My sense is that the American folks are loosing interest in financing not only the bus trip, but Michelle taking 32 friends and neighbors to Africa for "diplomatic reasons" and Nancy Pelosi jetting to and fro from Washington to San Fran at a cost of $600,000 per week and demanding top shelf booze on board. What a party it's been. . . . . hopefully the communist part and the SEIU folks will loose interest in this "poop in the park" parade and we can get back to business. As a dispassionnate observer with no axe to grind, it increasingly looks to me like there's been a realisation that the ride's going to be a short one, so this gravy train better go as hard as possible. Maybe I'm wrong but that's the feeling I get, & it may be having a knock-on effect outside the US We have Presidential election coming up next spring, & from what I'm hearing the left will likely be outed in the primaries & it'll be a straight fight between the righty current prez, bantam-rooster Sarkozy, & the even further right but straight talking no nonsense, Marine lePen of the Front National. I'd vote Marine, but then I'm a sucker for strapping blonde wenches. I just wish I was a fly on the wall when the head of Secret Service found out...  This was the biggest baddest looking black dude I have seen in while (really nice suit, shaved head and the earpiece of course), obviously in command of the entire 80 LEO's and 40 Secret Service they had in Raleigh when I volunteered at the front door when Obama came. Should have seen his face when I motioned to him with my index finger {yeah you...}, he looked around like who the hell are you waving at you little b*tch... then he comes over and I hand him the pepper spray I just took from a girl. I disagree. It's only SOP for Progressives. They are the only ones I've seen so widely embrace corruption, traitorousness, philanderers, liars, incompetence, and murderers.
