I hope he's keeping a journal, that really helps me when I start doing the RR. Even with pics it's hard to remember everything. I'm always surprised when I start reading my notes at some of the details that I forgot. One of the problems from my recent trip was that we got into camp so late each night I wasn't motivated to write much (the beers probably had a little to do with it). Like this one, I for the life of me can't remember the story on it.  Sorry for the slight deviation. | ||

He is in Ten Sleep Wyoming and the rear wheel bearings just failed. I found a company in Worland, Wy that should have what you need. Hasco (talk to Scott) 415 Big Horn AVE Worland, WY 82401 307-347-6158 Part #BBI 106 CC They have 3 in stock I called Farrow's and got this info for you Mr. Mike just in case plan "A" is a bust The closet Buell dealer with them in stock is Black Hills H-D in Rapid City 605-342-9362 I also called Applied and no luck with them but Amy was a big help. I then found the thread that has all the cross over info on what ATV's use and found a dealer in Worland that also had no stock but he gave me the Hasco # for you. Good luck Homey!! | ||

man that blows. hopefully its just a bearing swap with no wheel damage. if its damaged and he needs a wheel ive got a few extra i could ship one out. if i find out before 4 oclock today, after that im out of town. | ||

I've got'm on the shelf too. Hasco should only be about a hour ride or so from where he is at. I would love to see him and George riding 2 up on George's KLR with the Uly rear wheel in his lap.  | ||

Maybe I need a life, but this is a super adventure to follow. Copying the coordinates to garmin mapsource, seeing what these 2 are passing through is kinda fun. It'll be interesting to hear how they handled the wheel bearing failure, I'm betting Mike carried spares. | ||

They are well up into Canada now and darn I'm jealous. The only problem is that I'd want to take more than 3 weeks to do the trip so it looks like it won't happen until my job status changes. | ||

I didn't want to just bump this so I'm adding another girl picture from my trip. In this one Mike had offered to take this couple's picture and they offered to take his. All of a sudden she jumps in with him and gives him a big hug. I had Mike send it to his GF to show her what he was up to. When we got back I told her I was constantly chasing girls away from him.  | ||
