It says I'm posting in the future by more than 10 minutes. Does that mean Badweb users get next week's race results before anyone else? |

It should support NTP, What OS is it running? Is it a shared or private server (rental) or is it purchased and then located somehwere? |

It's a unix varient, in a colocation facility, with a paid sysadmin. No idea why he isn't running NTP, but the time imprecision doesn't bother me either. |

Time is important, not necessarily for accuracy in logging the time of a post, but for other functions. The admin should do something about that. |

Should clarify, we don't need an NTP server, but it should be running an NTP client to keep the box synced. And I agree, time is important to a lot of system things. |

If it's unix/linux, NTPD is probably already running, but it may not be configured, or is pointing to a time server that is not there any longer. |

I figure if anything, it is the latter, because it wasn't an issue up till around a year ago, then the slowly started getting out of sync. It was reset like 3 or 4 times now |

Court needs the time to change so he can tell you he already told you that story he told you to remind him about. It is a plot. |
