It is just a drawing someone did a few years back, the guy used Buell's name for some reason. It isn't anything official.

Why is it so many "concept" vehicles utilize the rim-mounted wheels? Just to look all techy? Seems like if they had any real merit, they'd already be standard issue.

That's been around for a while. I don't think it's ugly at all. It's a bit higher than I would like but I do like the wheels.

It should really have the suspension arms attaching the wheels on the upper part of the rims like the Tron bikes to make it relevant these days.
