I sure wish people would STOP putting "Erik Buell Racing" at the beginning of their subject lines. Makes the whole link unusable... |

Seems like there'd be an easy way to fix this. Interesting article BTW... |

i am in the same boat, couldnt get to this cause 'erik buell racing' was in the title I love the fact that its easy to get to his site, but hate the fact that if you click on his name when not meaning to it takes you to his site automatically and in times like these, you cant even view a thread cause of it. as for the typhoon hate the headlight, LOVE the front piece that comes down into a small bit of a chin/belly pan cool concept! |

They could've at least spelled "Typhoon" correctly given Buell's penchant for naming bikes after atmospheric disturbances like Lightning, Thunderbolt, Cyclone, Thunderstorm, Firebolt, etc.. Cool bike though. Oh, what's that -- Typhon is a monster from Greek mythology? Dummy me. I should've known. |

I agree with JamieC, it is a PITA when the magic words E B R are in the title of a thread, and respond as a link unto their own... Interesting article, I like naked bikes :-) |

I have already decided my next bike will be a naked superbike, and this is the best one I've seen yet! |

That bike has potential. Back the cams off a bit, lower compression, raise the ride height, throw on a windscreen, higher bars, swap out that subframe for something offering all day comfort and mounting points for hard bags. The transition from radiator to chin fairing offers a lot of potential for minimalistic fairing lowers. Basically an American Multistrada, then I'll go from interested bystander to potential customer. |

Obviously that isn't as polished as it could be, but I can see all kinds of potential. I would be interested in something like that. |

"We have yet to hear of a major investor stepping in to help the innovative company, but rumors of a Bombardier acquisition have been heating up " For some reason I see a good partnership here. i would buy a dirt bike long before I bought an 1190. |
