Reportedly (quick google search) youtube pays a minimum of $3.30 per 1,000 views, more for clicks on ads, and reportedly more for the more popular videos. So just from the views, that "Cows - Cows - Cows" video with nearly 6 million views has generated at least $20,000 for its author. You could spend a month or two creating if you can get that kind of income. | ||

Autonomous,Aware,Armed and roving the cities in herds..... we would indeed be F*cked Luckily it still has the limitations of a fuel tank, a limited load of weapons (as in eventually it would run out of ammo) And a standard Impo will take it out.... If you ask me, it is more creepy than a benefit. but I have an unchecked amount of rampant paranoia and a new tin foil hat. | ||

Read an article in Air & Space about the culture wars in the Air Force. Drone driver vs. fighter jock. One gets to put his butt on the line, while the other has dinner at home after his commute. OTOH, the drone guys get to shoot at stuff.... Anyhoo. One AF General was talking about the next gen of autonomous airborne drones. Hasn't anyone seen any movies at all? The Unstoppable Killing Machine is always a mistake. I'll have nightmares about spider cows, now. Gee, thanks.  | ||

City, EMPs are easier than you think. I know this is not exactly right, but think tesla coil with a shaped charge powering it. Not that far off the mark. | ||

Rad-harden the electronics and enclose the works in a faraday cage and I'd imagine we can build most anything to withstand EMP or radiation hazards. Not too difficult as this is likely SOP for current military satellites, but then they have deep pockets. | ||

proximity shrapnal, in an urban environment, take out the car next to it, soft squishy prius , perfect collatoral damage. Problem is a herd of these and a remote 'gaming' cell where the controllers are off site; they look very adapt at rubble terrains, something evil this way comes. (Moore's law, the first video I saw of this was four years ago) | ||

Isn't the declassified stuff already around 10 years old when we get to see it? This worries me when it comes to the x-ray vans, Predator drones over US soil, cell phone monitoring, etc. On a SkyNet note, we named our home network SkyNet. | ||
