All, Shawn Higbee is GOING for it - trying to finish the season on TOP here in the West. We're trying to get the Twinmotorcycles-built 1125R engine put back into his road-racing chassis for Shawn to finish the season at Willow Springs. He has shown himself to be nearly-podium in the Formula One class (the high-dollar Toyota-sponsored race each month) - and this built engine can see him within reach of winning the Formula One race. If he can consistently podium or win the next 3 months, he can POSSIBLY gain overall points lead - and CERTAINLY win both the Heavyweight Twins and Formula Twins class championships. Shawn is being sponsored by Antelope Valley, Glendale, Bartels - but he is REALLY sponsored by those who are donating time and money into this effort. If you can see your way clear to donate some money for the cause, I KNOW he'll appreciate it. He's now working on taking the Twinmotorcycles-built motor and putting it into the road racing chassis (from the Bonneville-built chassis) and while the AMA season is ending, the Club racing continues until the end of November - and every little bit helps. He's received a few donations from personal friends but I thought it time to make a more general appeal for support. Let's see another Buell in a championship finish at the end of this season!
