160 cubic inches you say.......?? sounds impossable with either stock hogged or S&S hogged cases............ did you mean something more like 110 ci.?

Gohot, it's not only NOT impossible, but quite amazing. Jeffb works for S&S, and if you look at the bike, a lot of mods were made to accommodate the sheer size of the thing, including 5" taller sideplates and a dent in the underside of the gastank, among others.

Hey guys, just spotted this thread. Thanks for digging this up. You can read more details about this on the links posted.

I am busting a$$ right now to get ready to go to World of Speed. The bike runs great, starts surprisingly well and makes good HP. I hope to take it for a ride tomorrow to verify that it handles reasonably well.

It is a 160. I bought the frame and a bunch of other parts off the badweb. Also, I have sold a bunch of extra parts on here to help fund this. So thanks to everyone here.

I do work at S&S, but this isn't a S&S project. I am paying for almost everything myself, other than some engine parts and using S&S's equipment. I couldn't do it without them either.
