My "new" ones are going bad already. Half the LEDs have gone kaput. Shame too, they were kinda pricey and seemed well made. Oh well. Need to replace. Suggestions?

FYI, not a fan of minis. Fine at night, but personal experience on the road tells me they suck for daytime riding.

Do what I did.

Buy (ebay, emergency supply store, whatever) a Federal Signal Cuda TriOptic police light. I got a red one, but they have amber as well IIRC.

Take it apart. There are three cards inside, with three LEDs per card. And...the cards fit inside stock XB signal housings. Unscrew the cards from the motherboard, and wire 'em up. They even have their own diffuser lenses, for good visibility from all angles.

I wired a pair up to the rear of the Uly, with an American Sport Bike flasher, and CR mirrors/front signals. DEFINITELY visible.

I have a set of Rizoma LED turn signals on the 1125. These are only 1 LED and even had to be installed with a reducer so they run on 6 volts. They are bright as hell and visible from all angles. They're approved for use in Europe (I forget the letters now, ECE or something) as legal replacements. Extremely well made as well.

I got these for my 1125r. Cheap, look good, haven't failed.

One thing that's odd but kinda cool is these flash at normal rate for a few seconds then speed up. I think it makes them more noticeable.

I bought some bulbs from here: superbrightleds.com

when I put a module on that lights my turn signals when I apply the brakes.

I also bought the matrix bulbs from here and I like them a little better.
