Blasterd, I was really surprised as well. I have never ordered anything from any of the vendors overseas on ebay. I was really expecting to wait a month or so. It was sent out airmail the day I ordered it. I believe it is the same cam you all bought. I was too late to get one from the daily sales website mentioned on here. I think Venom buys them in bulk, puts their own sticker on them and ships them out. I am very happy with it so far. | ||

thats because they haven't shipped it yet . they lie ! i got my shipping notice over a week ago , yet usps tracking shows they just mailed it yesterday and it's waiting at my post office now.(i'm up at camp on vacation) wife's gotta go home and she'll be grabbing the mail so i should have mine when she gets back later today . mine was shipped at the reading, ma post office about 20 mis from me . will give you my review later  | ||

I did some online searching for that vendor when I was about to order, and this is par for the course for them. More often than not, the product does eventually arrive, but it sometimes takes quite a bit of time. I don't think it is a flat out rip off (or I would have said something here sooner), but I do think they play the float and drag out orders and delivery. What I didn't realize is that the same camera is on ebay for $12 to your door from vendors with very high feedback. Sorry  . I would have definitely intervened had I made that connection. Oh well. Still pretty cheap, still pretty cool, and it should be arriving soon... | ||

I just got the Keychain Spycam HD for $7.00 shipped on ebay from China. I'd say for $7 it is WELL worth it. Amazing what those Chinese 5 year olds can make these days. Video ain't bad quality either... actually its better than LG cell phone video! | ||

I tried a bunch of different places to stick the camera but could only find one spot where i could actually get decent quality video. That was inside of the helmet. I used two small zip ties and zip tied the camera holder that has the belt clip on it to the fabric/netting on the inside of my face shield. Thanks for the samples guys. Mine came in today too, but I am heading out of town in the morning for work and won't get to play with it till next weekend. The quality is not bad for the price though. | ||

Dcc46 if you can find a way to tilt the camera down a hair the video would come out a bit better, just a little too much sky. But all around great for the $$$. That's the issue I had with mounting mine at first. I must have put it in 10 different spots before I put it inside of the helmet. I'll try mounting it to my forks on the XB next weekend while at the track. That's the main reason that I bought this, track footage. | ||

i stuck a piece of earplug behind it in that clip to get it lower, guess i'll try a bigger piece. | ||

Cool guys! I have initially mounted mine like Dcc46. I cut up some of that foam shelf liner to put behind mine. I still haven't tested it there yet. I also placed mine in a small plastic bag to protect it from spray, bugs, etc. I'll try it later today that way. Damnut, I like your idea of inside the helmet, I was trying to come up with some helmet mount method...that's awesome, plus it's protected from the elements. | ||

I noticed that with the camera mounted inside the helmet it cuts down the wind/engine noise quite a bit. Also with the camera inside the helmet, the mic will pick up your voice if you want to add comments to the video as you ride. I think that will be useful for me recording at the track. | ||
