The way I see it Court you would probably have to sell around 95 shirts at $40 to make it viable without being out of pocket. This would get the team through the race session too for tyres I believe. Does that sound about right? You have 29 orders right here above...a good start  V | ||

Court, Instead of trying to sell 100 shirts for $40 why not make it a bit more affordable and try for 200 shirts for $20 a piece. That way you might be able to sell a different design for each track. I am pretty sure you will have people like me willing to spend $20 on a shirt to get a Buell in the race at each track. At $40 that probably wont happen. | ||

Sidepipe79, While it certainly is a valid point, the main reason for this is to help Erik get on the track, not really to sell shirts. The cost of the shirts and printing still has to be considered too, so $40 is a more viable option any way you look at it. People could see it as a small donation to Buell and a free shirt from it in return | ||

Vampress, I fully understand the concept. I am just thinking of ways to continue to raise money to KEEP him on the track. Just a thought, either way I am planning on buying whatever you are selling to get Erik on the track. | ||

I would be interested in supporting Erik Buell Racing. Why not just sell a special edition Erik Buell Racing T-shirt for $100 a piece. Something that will only be given to people who pony up $100. Shoot even charge shipping on it. What's a tire cost these days $300? Have a $300 donation level with perhaps the same T-Shirt AND a personal 8.5x11 signed photo of say Erik, Geoff and the 1190? Something worthy of putting in a frame and hanging on the wall. In any case PLEASE have the T-shirts in black and white. Black is always popular but white is more practical for us in hot climates. I think it might be pretty lucrative for Erik Buell Racing. I can see it already--a "Support Erik Buell Racing Racing" button on his website. | ||
