LOL @ Cityslicker. I'll have to remember that when I'm older..

Jelly beans are great. The Starburst kind are even better. Except the black ones. Anything thats called liquorice and doesn't taste like a twizzler is gross! Like the Ouzo my moms family drinks, yuck.

BOO- if you like steamed mussells, a proper recipe calls for a dash of Ouzo and a little Pernod whilst preparing the broth. I worked at an Italian restaurant long ago that had the BEST mussells... MMMmmmm, Yummy!

Been working outside the last three days in Orlando and Eustis. Nothing springlike about it from noon on each day, summer is in the air.

Like someone flipped the switch from Winter to Summer. Running the a/c again today in the house. BLEAH....feeling fortunate that I'm gonna be teaching for a few weeks up in Minnesota this summer. Will get a break from the obnoxious Florida heat...

Okay, I checked the thermometer when I got home yesterday. It's one of those outdoor digital weather stations, and it's in the shadows on my front porch.

93.4' F

DAMN. This Summer is gonna suck....!
