are an 99 X1 and M2 swingarm the same? They look the same, but I am not sure. I think I might want to use the newer style swingarm on my S1 and can pick up a M2 swingarm pretty quickly...

pretty sure the swingarm is the same but shock may be diff.

Several folks have put the 99+ swingarm on older tubers. Check around the knowledge vault.
