If you want true change, vote out any incumbent, Republican or Democrat. Kick them all out, then and only then will this country be taken back by the people. Do you really think it matters if they are Democrat or Republican? All you need to know is how many terms they have been in office. If they have been there two terms, time to send them home. One fact all voters need to know, the five riches counties in America all surround Washington D.C. Kick them out and don't let anyone get too comfortable there. |

Sitting in prison for a year gave me a big lesson in patience. I did not waste my time in there like so many do. I decided to conduct a study on the inner workings of correctional facilities, and I kept every piece of correspondence I received. Yes there is a book in the works, exposing the system for what it is, from the inmate's perspective. I participated in every program they would let me get into. I was somewhat limited in my access to these programs because I was in a maximum security wing with 145 other "hard timers". I'm now "qualified" to be a restaurant manager, but that's neither here nor there.. I formed my own ministry, provoding guidance and counseling to my fellow inmates regardless of color, religion or gang affiliation. I spread the Word, the story of Christ our Saviour to every man who would receive it. I gave communion at my own expense twice a month, and baptised 4 men during my sentence. I can say without a doubt in my mind that it is due solely to my efforts and those like-minded who were close to me, that the ministry was the reason why the H-West barracks was the ONLY dorm on the yard that had ZERO riots during my sentence. Every night at 8:45pm, the guards allowed me to be out of my rack and stand high up on the top tier to give announcements and daily scripture readings, words of comfort and personalized prayers which I wrote each day for those inmates who had received letters telling them of loved ones who were in distress, hospitalized or otherwise suffering. At the end, all 146 of us recited the Lord's Prayer in unison, every single night. In this moment each day, 146 men who might kill each other on the street (most were Southsiders or Paisanos) came together in God's love and closed another day in peace. Even though I was wrongly accused, wrongly prosecuted and wrongly convicted, I used this experience to enrich my own life and the lives of those around me. I am a better person now, stronger and smarter. I am now intimately familiar with the heirarchy and inner workings of gangs, both inside and outside of prison walls. The politics among inmates, and the shots they call out on the streets even while locked up. I have all kinds of knowledge that only certain people could ever have. I also became intimately familiar with the politics between the deputies who run the facility, the pressure each of them feels to act a certain way and perform certain "duties". Not all of them are bad guys, but most of them are. I can say that with ultimate certainty. Nobody who hasn't observed it first hand is qualified to speak about this. I don't care how many prisons or jails you may have visited. YOU KNOW NOTHING. DO NOT SPEAK ON IT. I've got a great story about running into one of the guards from my barracks after I got out. Funny as hell, and I'll probably spill it out on the Quick Board at some point but I'm at work now and I'm rambling so perhaps another day. Stay tuned. |

Pwnzor- Holy Moses, You had $25000 hard cash on you??? I've never even SEEN $25000 cash. Somebody would be going down for that. I admire you keeping the spirituality of yourself and the other inmates up during this atrocity. |

My post was obviously not understood. The motorcycle was bought with the intention and understanding of the Dealer that it would be delivered to my house by them, so again I will say, why did it have to be Registered and Inspected to be delivered to my house, where it is to sit in my barn put away for my son, when he will be old enough to ride it? Registering and Inspection for a motorcycle that was NOT to be ridden? |

Registering and Inspection for a motorcycle that was NOT to be ridden? If I not mistaken, that would be a state policy, not federal. |

Roadcouch, some states require the dealer to ensure that the vehicle is registered and road legal prior to leaving the lot(private sale). Most do it themselves as a courtesy (some charge extra for it) or you can do it yourself (of course either way the buyer pays the Registration/Titling/NYSI fees). NY is such a state. You can let the Reggie expire if you not going to ride it. It seems crazy for a vehicle you not using, but that's how the State gets it's $$, eh? I believe there is a work around, by applying for a Title only in the buyer's name. Probably only going to work for a cash purchase, financing may not apply. Most dealers are not going to mess with this though. Either way the State does have to have a paper trail from Origin to Dealer to Owner for establishing ownership. Make sense? |

One day it will all be in a book, but it's still a few years off. There are some things I'm not supposed to speak about pending the outcome of the investigation that's supposedly going on. I don't trust any of them, so we'll see what happens in due time. I'm neither holding my breath nor losing sleep over it. |

There is nothing filthier in the world than the LA County Sheriffs, they are all thugs and thieves. The evidence is vast. |

I'm clearly a menace to society. My beliefs are so radical that I just can't be trusted to walk amongst such people as Barack Hussein Obama, or Joe Goebbels Biden, or Nancy Jiang Qing Pelosi. |

The news media is largely corrupt, not just biased, actually corrupt. Before cable news and the internet, there power was supreme. Now their corruption is easily revealed. Such blatant deception and dishonesty in reporting should be punishable. |

What better way to distract everyone from what you're doing than to point out that someone else is doing the exact same thing! Exactly why I put it next to the "Moscow has a plan" |

I confess that I voted for the Governator twice, and what turgid turd he turned out to be... and, what did he do for the state? Got us "another day older and deeper in debt." |

You still have to be put back that the five riches counties in the country all surround Washington D.C. If you look at the industry surrounding the nation's capital and exclude tax payer industries, there is nothing there to justify that kind of wealth. You would think NY or LA and surrounding counties would be the richest due to their industry and concentrated wealth, but no. With money comes corruption, the longer you are exposed to it, the more likely you are to partake. It's a fools errand to pick the honest life long politician from the rest in Washington. The best way to keep them honest is to remind them who really has the power. If the people fail to see through the ruse and regularly rotate members in our government, the corrupt lifers win. |

It's not money that corrupts. Power is what corrupts. With power money follows. You are correct in that we have to remind the politicians who has the power. For too long the people haven't wielded their power well. It's time for the people to wake up, pay attention, educate themselves and make better choices at the voting booth. Until then we are just giving away our power. |

Freedom has always been, and will always be paid for in blood. There is no set path by which an individual achieves power, or wealth. Corruption is spawned by greed which is a human trait. ...but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. |

Laura Ingram handed it to Matt Laurer on the Today show yesterday about media bias and their reporting of the supposed treatment the Dems got going into the health care vote. His responses just reinforced to me that there is terrible media bias from the main stream news. |
