i just installed an EBR preprogrammed ecm on my '08 Ss. i am a happy boy!!

the big hole at 4,000 is gone. the amount of ZOOM from 5 to 7 has increased from "almost as good as sex" to "as good as sex, and not as sweaty"

i know this should go to the KV, being so technical and all, but i wanted EBR to get a shout out here where everyone was going to see it. if you've been on the fence, JUMP.

Pro Series air cleaner should go on tomorrow, after a trip to the shop for tires and oil.

You had a hole at 4000 rpms? I though that's where it started getting interesting for most XBs...?

My '08 Uly falls into that same 4K rpm hole quite often. But not always....

I wonder what the race ECM would behave like with a stock can and intake?

SM> yes, a hole you could drive a cube van thru, caused by the addition of a D&D. there's all kinds of interesting now!

can't speak to the stock can, but it was fine w/ OEM filter.

the only other thing i noticed is the fan programming has changed, it was running a couple times while i was "testing", and it didn't come on when i turned the bike off.

The race ECM must use the fan program from the "comfort kit".
