DC Metro is on E-glides and 883's.

MD State has mostly E-glides, a couple BMW's.

Frederick County is trading their BMWs (hopefully, we're trying to work the deal now) on E-glides.

Frederick City has a couple BMW dual-sports, and one or two Road Kings.

Mostly, though...they're all in Crown Vic's. Or the new Impalas.

Fairfax County VA motor officers ride E-glides. Unsure of their weather policy, but I've seen them out when it's in the high 30s.
They wave back, too.

It's fully-equipped w/blue flashing LEDs, siren, etc. Used for "public relations."

DC Park Police have some dirt bikes parked at one of their Rock Creek Park stations, but I never see them running the trails. I'll hand it to the DCPD - they ride in some nasty weather, with their facemasks and big black blankies.

Then there's London with their neon RTs...

It's always fun to watch the DC police the day after the side cars come off.
