I read that this morning. Last time I flew, which isn't very often, they wouldn't let my wife pre-check in or something or other over the computer because our names were "too" common. Ran my license and checked through our luggage when we checked in, this was in '04.

What, the mother admits in the end he is a potential terrorist, yet still bitches about the hassles of airport security? Stay home and stop making life difficult for the rest of us.

Don't try to get on an airplane wearing the same boots you had on the day before at the firing range. Don't ask me how I know

Just wait 'til you need to get an error corrected on your "soon to be controlled by the Gov't" medical records. That list will be 10,000 time the length of these lists that they can't maintain with any accuracy as it is now.

You know, commercial airline pilots call TSA "thousands standing around".

I have to agree with drkside, bunch of idiots.

Not any one person mind you, but collectively, and also the policies they are ordered to enforce...idiots.

OK - surprised nobody has posted the latest at Amazon.com - "Plamobil" Airport Security Checkpoint.

You gotta read all of it (until it's killed by Amazon)

Wow where to start on this one. For starters what the hell is the "coran". I truly hope you didn't mean Qur'an or Koran because suggesting that we should spit on anyone's religious book is about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

I wouldn't spit on a Bible to get on an airplane. I think a terrorist would spit on the koran if it meant he got to martyr himself.

Slaughter, this guys review on that airport security toy was hilarious!

"I was a little disappointed when I first bought this item, because the functionality is limited. My 5 year old son pointed out that the passenger's shoes cannot be removed. Then, we placed a deadly fingernail file underneath the passenger's scarf, and neither the detector doorway nor the security wand picked it up. My son said "that's the worst security ever!". But it turned out to be okay, because when the passenger got on the Playmobil B757 and tried to hijack it, she was mobbed by a couple of other heroic passengers, who only sustained minor injuries in the scuffle, which were treated at the Playmobil Hospital.
The best thing about this product is that it teaches kids about the realities of living in a high-surveillence society. My son said he wants the Playmobil Neighborhood Surveillence System set for Christmas. I've heard that the CC TV cameras on that thing are pretty worthless in terms of quality and motion detection, so I think I'll get him the Playmobil Abu-Gharib Interogation Set instead (it comes with a cute little memo from George Bush)".

I was turned down by TSA cause I couldn't pass the physical screening and the Frog Faced Hippopatomus With Glasses that was wheezing down the hall shaking the ground when I was waiting said, "Sorry but you can try again in 6 months." I said, "No Thanks!"

Why? I love my state, even though it is the butt of jokes , It really has many redeeming qualities, But every stupid news story has some connection to my beloved state.
Anywhere in the world someone does something stupid, you check it out there will be a NJ connection.
Will anyone adopt me, sometimes i really feel i need to get the f out of here
