I think I actually cracked the handle some years ago when I hit the bitch next door

I was going to put up some smart ass wise crack about the 'backyard erections' but that just buried any thoughts I had!

Isn't that what you do with an erection of that magnitude...screw screw screw?

I just can't figure out why your erection is on piers.

you must have real flooding problems to put the building up that high.

a guy that lives a couple doors down from my buddy tried to put one of those building kits up without a permit and guess what happened when he was half way done with it. take down, get permit he was really lucky that he didn't have to take up the concrete too. apparently he was a bit of an a$$. and his neighbors let him know it.

With the erection you screw, screw, screw.
With the mortar you have to lay, lay, lay before it gets hard! Whats up with that?

Nice! We want to put a retaining wall in our back yard. Unless we do the addition there.

(All we need is some money, other then that, we are ready to go ; ) )

If the walls aren't too big, and other people are helping, I work for reduced wages, pizza and beer! Road trips are cool too! I just wish I had the time.

"you must have real flooding problems to put the building up that high."

The building sits on the natural grade which has a slight slope amounting to about a foot and a half of grade change over the 24' width. Top of piers on right side are at ground level. Piers on left side are elevated to keep the floor level.

didn't notice it before. see it now. probably would have cost a good bit of change to bring the elevation level with the one side. of course a building that size i would be condidering garage space as well as work space.

wood shop/metal fab shop?
