"British Car Whisperer."
Best description I've ever heard!!! A friend of mine just bought a Rover P5B, he'll need to find someone like you.

I'm a project manager for a Mechanical Services/HVAC company. I work in the tenancy/specialised projects department and mainly do small to medium commercial fit outs and re-fits in high-rise buildings. I suppose my job is to make sure the right people and the right equipment is in the right place at the right time : )

But my real job is playing bass

Mostly the New York DEC, they could devise regulations in advance of technology to accommodate them. - It was mostly self reporting & if I was clever enough to lie probably could have avoided the hassles.

+ throw in a p****ng contest between sewer authority & the world. "Why are you running your rain water into my sewer?" - "Why do you have a dry well in my ground?" (Think Cool Hand Luke & the warden.)

Gratefully relinquished my duties about midway thru "Title V" but felt good about the way I set up the record keeping
