Just an FYI, the 2011 Uly would have had anti locking brakes. Was told this by a working at the factory today. Buell was moving forward...

Thanks for the info. I suspect we are going to find out a WHOLE lot of things like this that make us question Buell's closure even more.

I think that's from a very early patent app, before they had the "R" fairing worked out.
An outfit in Europe made a full fairing set-up shortly after 1125R release that had the Firebolt fairing like that.

Some really liked it, I found it odd looking.
