Well I love my Buells.
Now those that parted out beautiful tubers to build crappy choppers must be thinking "wow Buells are collectables now, lets see how much I can make selling them. Imagine the ads Oh, this Buell is rare" "collectable" "you never find one this good" "everyone will notice this bike" "collector's gem" blah, blah, blah. Those same greedy jackasses took Buells away from those that could ride and enjoy them for just making a few bucks.

In the end, you treasure something because you love it, not because of how much you can make from it.....

Note - E,Buell may have/probably signed a non competition agreement - meaning he couldn't start building motorcyles for like 7 years, A simular thing happened to my cousin in the publishing business.

That is NOT what a non-compete says or means. A non-compete can be for 20 minutes.

I love my Blast because of the design that Buell put into it. I refuse to believe that Buell won't be back, either working for someone else or on his own. I will wait and, when it's available, I will own. In the meantime, there are good, used Buells to be had.

No other bike -- including my souped Sporty, has been as fun as my Thumper. When I get a bigger bike, it will be by Buell.
