You guys stand tall and be proud of what you've accomplished. I would wish you all the best of luck in your future endevors, but I realize that luck is the last thing this group of folks needs -- all they need is an opportunity! Well Done! John Rosberg Riverwoods, IL |

To Erik and the Elves I want to cry right now and I'm at work! I've been riding your bikes for 10 years and I can't think of another bike I would rather get on besides a Buell. This sucks! Thank you for doing what you all did up there in East Troy you all are the BEST! K |

Buell Team, Thank you for having the passion and determination to build one of my favorite things my XBS. I hope that this roadblock set up by the fools at HD only slows your dream. I look forward to whatever the future brings us. Best regards, Andy Des Plaines IL |

While I am saddened, I can almost see this as a small opportunity. Erik and the brave 200 have done so much with so little for so long, I beleive they could do anything with nothing... Brian Cessna Hanover/York, PA 2000 Blast traded for 2001 M2L Cyclone. |

To the elves at the factory... thank you SO much for your great talent and hard work, and the special bikes they brought me. The Buell bikes, and especially the Buell people, will remain a special part of my life until I take my last breath. You have whatever support I can give you in your future endeavors. And please, nobody there should look back with regrets... you made a hell of a run for it. Sometimes, if stupid is big enough, stupid happens, and you move on to the next thing. Buell Bikes and Buell people stand on their own merits, and we thank you for who you are and what you made. |

Thanks Elves. I am so sorry to see you go. The video brought me to tears. I know in my Heart that Erik is not done. I feel honored to have grown up and gone to school with Erik and to have owned a few of His Brand. I will keep my XB9R to ride with pride with my Buell flag flying high (I love the new Logo). Shattered to hear the news. Don't know how many of us Canadians ride Buells (it's a small market without a doubt), but at least one of us is at a loss for words right now. I've never met Erik, or been to the factory, and am definitely not as "close to" or as active as the many owners here at BadWeb are, but for whatever it's worth, I hope for nothing but the best for ALL of the Buell team. You folks have worked real hard and have built something special here, never forget that. Stand proud, stand tall. Hopefully this will be just another bump on the road...and hoping, for Erik and the team, that there will be a way to move forward and continue doing what they obviously love to do. I'm so glad I got my 2009 ULY before they were unavailable. I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN WHAT I WAS MISSING IN THE MOST COMFORTABLE, VERSATILE ADVENTURE SPORTBIKE ON THE PLANET. Thanks to Eric and your team for miles of fun. I'm keeping this until I can't swing my leg over any more. God Bless! |

Erik and the gang... Remembering the day I bought my new 1998 S3T still brings a smile to my face. I've ridden the bike in 15 states and several 10's of thousands of miles. And the bike still stirs my soul to this day. It's now just one of three Buell motorcycles to occupy my garage. Your work and dedication has brought many wonderful people into my life. Thank you for that and much, much more. Dennis Fenrick Green Bay, WI |
