There is no new Buell streetfighter being launched in 2007, so I know he's full of it. And, believe me, I would know. So whatever Rocketman posts, if he ever actually does, it won't be what he is saying. And comparing Aprilia in size with Buell is delusional. Until Beggio screwed it up, they sold more motorcycles than H-D. | ||

The Aprilia reference was, Aprilia is to Piaggio what Buell is to HD, except Piaggio actually believe in the investment they have in Aprilia. After all you were at the show so you know exactly what Aprilia are up to that Buell isn't. A 2008 entry into WSB for one. What year could we expect HD to line Buell up on the WSB circuit? That said, Harley do sell more dresses and frilly knickers than Aprilia do. Rocket | ||

If you let us in on the joke before midnight, no hard feelings and life goes on. If I wake up tomorrow, and there isn't either a top-secret picture of a Streetfighter Buell (of which I am in considerable doubt), or an admission that all this hullabaloo was an early April fool's joke, then your integrity with me goes out the window. I've never met you, so If first impressions truly are everything, then I'd say maintaining said integrity is more important than 100 bucks from Popular Mechanics. Sound fair? | ||

Solution #2 E-mail someone you trust, and that we know, with the pic (i.e. a custodian). If they vouch for you, and you truly want to pursue selling it, than I think that would be a fair compromise. | ||

I used to own an Aprilia, and the day I sold it was one of the happiest days of my life. My bike was marginal at best. Some of the newer bikes look pretty good, but the service and support is absolute CR*P. They no longer have dealer near me, they have burned too many bridges by stiffing dealers for warranty work etc. How they stay in business is beyond me. | ||
