Will body plastics from a 2005 XB9SX fit on a 2004 XB12R?

I am not concerned with colors or appearance, just if they fit and function.

Sort of.

The front fender, airbox cover, and chin spoiler will fit.

Of course the nose and tail sections are completely different, and don't interchange easily, especially the nose sections, because all the electrics that are under the seat in the SX are in the nose of the 12R.
