Merry Christmas! This may not be politically correct, but it is a wish from the heart, so you'll have to take it in the spirit it was given. You can choose to respond with Happy Chanukah, Cheerful Kwanzaa, or Eid-Al-Adha, if you prefer, and we wont be offended, as long as it comes from your heart. We hope that you are enjoying the season fully, taking the time to reflect on what it means to you. At the very least, you can look at it as a time to spread goodwill and cheer in those everyday little opportunities… I got this from a very special person, and wanted to share it in a slightly modified form... Today...I wish you a day of ordinary miracles… A friendly wave from the oncoming motorcyclist. An unexpected smile or nod from the person in the car next to you. I wish you a day of little things to rejoice in... A ride with no traffic and lots of rhythmic turns and twists; One that commands your entire attention which you freely give. Green stoplights on your way to work or shop. Your keys and gear right where you look. An appreciative audience when you park your bike right in front. I wish you a day of happiness and perfection-little bite-size pieces of perfection that give you the funny feeling that the Lord is smiling on you, holding you so gently because you are someone special and rare. I wish You a day of Peace, Happiness and Joy; may your heart be full of love. As for us, we are thankful for the wonderful year that we have had, both personally and professionally. We’ve had great health throughout much of the year (aside from Al’s recent back problems), and enjoyed the love of our wonderful family and friends. Our days have been packed (both literally and figuratively), with many exciting things. I don’t think either of us thought that owning American Sport Bike would be such a fantastic journey, but we are very thankful for its continued success. Which brings us to our loyal customers. We realize that without you, American Sport Bike would not exist. So THANK YOU for allowing us to serve you, and we hope that you have been able to sense the deep commitment that we have to our loyal customers. Your support is what allows us to spend the time, money, and effort on preparing an exhaust comparison, refining tuning tools, and the myriad of other projects that ultimately (we hope) enhances your riding experience. It has been an honor to work with you, and we truly appreciate your continued business. Oh, and Happy New Year! We hope this doesn’t offend anyone who chooses not to use the Gregorian calendar, preferring instead to use the Julian, Chinese, Hebrew, or any of the other equally valid calendars |
