If the folks at Kilboy approve us using their photos we can use them. We will of course provide the proper credit. But someone will need to get permission in writing/email from them and pass it on to me. Otherwise, no, we cannot use their photos. Same goes for all photos owned/taken by other than the submitter. Please help me out on this. I've gotten all excited about using some pics then only to learn that they are owned by pro-photo shops. People should know better. Sheesh. |

Chase, Got it. Will reply via email as I progress through the list. Next issue is how many calendars to order. I'm tempted to go for 500, but that's double what we sold in '05 so I'll need lot's of help getting the word out. If you are up for that, all assistance will be most appreciated. |

Blake, Killboy sends a copyright notice with photos you buy from him. It says it's OK to use the photos for commercial use as long as he is credited and notified. You don't have to ask for permission. Same thing for Zeephoto who also shoots photos at the Dragon. |

On the 71 KB thing. It only needs to be resized if you're getting a picture from your computer system, not if the picture is uploaded to an outside source such as photobucket.com |

Ditto the one photo I sent. I indicated was taken by and should be attributed to Zee Foto... I have a release that indicates I can use it for anything so long as I give proper attribution. So just tack www.zeefoto.com somewhere near the picture and we are good. From: http://www.zeefoto.com/faq.html What About Copyright? Each disc contains a disclaimer giving you the right to do anything you want with the photos. If you intend to publish or use the photos for commercial advertising purposes, I only ask for notification (and info on how to get a copy) and photo credit for ZeeFoto.com |

Found it on Ebay a couple years ago... See one there every once in a while. Just have to search for "Buell Pegasus Timing Cover"... They've been discontinued for quite some time at the dealer though... Steve. |

Brine, On the Sign from... pic, you should switch sides on the bike and light. That way the shadows on the bike will line up better... (just a suggestion cause that is one cool Pic!) |
